Your health is important. Mentally, physically and sexually. If you're in a different town/state and you're on a prescription, most chemists would (hopefully) arrange a transfer.

Try to keep your mind active by doing crosswords, Sudoku or puzzle video games like Portal or Quantum Conundrum when you're not studying.

Go out for walks or a run in the park, do some yoga or any form of exercise. You don't need a pricey membership to go to the gym to exercise. Plus you have to eat right. I know ramen noodles and some junk food are easy on the wallet to buy and they're yummy, but at some point you'll get sick of them after a period time and it takes a toll on you. Try making some small healthy alternatives like having raisins or carrot sticks as a study snack. Just take it easy on the junk food.

For the love of god, don't constantly drink energy drinks. They are not good for you. I know they keep you awake after a cram session the night before a exam. But, please, think of your health. There is a bunch of stories where people ether suffer from insomnia or died from constantly drinking the stuff and people gained weight from them.

One story that I heard that a 14 year old drank 2 cans of a energy drink brand in one day and well... you get the picture.

If you are living in a dorm or off campus and you need to refill your prescriptions and can't get them because you're in a different town/city, you can phone up the pharmacy or your GP where you used to live to transfer the prescriptions to the pharmacy that's near you.

If you're sexually active while in college, please use precautions like wearing condoms to prevent STDs and unwanted pregnancies. There is male and female condoms. With female condoms, you have to ask the chemist for them.

Same with the contraception pills like morning after (emergency) pill and the combined pill. They prevent unwanted pregnancies when you remember to take them as soon as possible. But they don't prevent STDs. Taking these pills has their side effects. If you're getting them for the first time, make an appointment with your GP or at your nearest hospital. They'll give you them for free, along with condoms. There is many contraception options for females like IUDs and contraceptive shots. Please do your research on these options because they have pros and cons to them

But there is very little contraception options for males. In which I (and many others) find it unfair. I'm fully aware there's a contraception pill for men, but it has some not so good side affects.

Female contraception isn't freely available to buy from store shelves like male condoms are. You have to ask the chemist at your local drug store (you may/may not have to pay a price for them. depending on what contraception you choose), your local/nearest GP or the doctors at your hospital. You may get them for free.
