Chapter 1: Hello old friend

Third person

Aphmau pulled up in front of the two story home. Her eyes glistened in excitement and sparkled in joy. While Aphmau was trying not to over load with happiness, Sam was trying not to over load with sadness. He wasn't the best with new people, especially large groups that he had to be friends with. Well he wasn't good at being a friend either. Let's just say he wasn't much of a people person. "Lets go Sam!" Aph shouted with energy. She was happy again. Not that she wasn't happy with her friends, it was the fact Aph and Sam were connected and understood each other. Heck they even felt when the other has been physically injured when with in a radius. Sam however was very nervous and if he slipped up a bit then him and Aph would have to leave. Sam slowly walked towards Aphmau, who was standing in the door way. Before Sam entered Aph connected them through mind. Just in case. "Everybody this is Sam, Sam this is everybody!" Aphmau squealed in excitement. "Hi everybody!" Sam said as a joke. Aph got it and giggled a little. "I would introduce you but Sam has had a long day, and I am sure he needs his rest," Aph said and rushed Sam upstairs. 

"Where is he going to sleep?" Garroth asked. "In my bed," Aph calmly said. "So where are you going to sleep," Zane asked. "In my bed," Aph said whilst walking towards the stairs. She got blocked by an angry Katelyn. "I have shared a bed with him multiple times before,"She said. You could actually see the steam pouring out of the blur haired girl's ears and feel the anger radiating off every body else. "You are not sharing a bed with some random boy!" Aaron said in frustration. Aphmau just shook her head rapidly. "I knew him before I could even crawl, he is not just some random boy and he knows me more then any of you could comprehend! Now if you would excuse me, I have some catching up to do!" Aphmau shouted before racing upstairs and slamming her bedroom door. 

"What did Aphmau~Senpei mean by that?" The pinked haired meif'wa questioned. Everyone had turned to her since she had said barley uttered a word since Aphmau had left. They all shrugged. "I guess we will just have to find out," Laurence said, placing a foot on the wooden steps. An evil grin crept onto his normally kind face. Everyone began to walk towards the brown haired boy, understanding what he was suggesting, before a certain white haired boy stepped in front of them. "She is a full grown women, she can do whatever she wants without her friends sticking their unwanted noses into her business!" He said whilst blocking the stair case. Katelyn just rolled her crystal blue eyes and pushed past the boy. She then stuck her left ear against the oak door to hear what they were saying.

Aphmau's P.O.V

"So how is life?" Sam asked as his ears popped up in delight to see me. I giggled as one of them flopped over his face. "Good now that you're here!" I said as I rapped my arms around him. He hugged me back as I leaned against him. "So what happened!" I said, suddenly remembering the reason he is even here. "He called me a pathetic excuse for a bunny boy!" He said in frustration. I rolled my eyes and pushed him away from me. "And you did that ," I said in a sarcastic tone as raised an eyebrow. He opened his mouth, about to say something then swiftly shut it. 'I think your friend wants to speak to you,' He said to me in mind. Sam and I can communicate using our minds. I stood up and edged quietly towards the door and swiftly opened it. Katelyn gasped as she dropped at my tapping feet. She looked up at me and a nervous laugh escaped her mouth. She is in big trouble.

"What do you think you are doing?" I said in a threateningly calm manor. She quickly stood up and pointed and accusing finger at Sam. "Making sure he doesn't try anything!" She said as Kawaii~Chan, Laurence, Garroth and Aaron ran up stairs. Sam's ears pinned against his head as he was about to testify but decided it would be best not to say anything. "I can take care of myself thank you very much," I said as stared at each and every one of them. "No offence Aph but you couldn't even beat Zane in a fight if you even tried," Laurence said in a snarky tone. I stepped back in shock and anger. They really thought that I was that weak and useless?

Third person 

Sam rushed over to Aphmau, seeing what was about to happen, and grabbed her by the shoulder's. 'You know that they are only humans,' The rabbit hybrid said to the raven haired girl in his mind connect. He knew she couldn't reply or else she will escape. So Aphmau had no choice but to nod. 'They don't know so you can't shame them for that,' He continued in mind. She nodded again. Her friends were very confused by now. 'Sit down, I am going to sing to you to calm you down,' He said before leading Aph to the couch in her room. "Your right Sam," Aph said out loud whilst sitting down. "When am I ever wrong?" He said with a little chuckle as he sat down beside her. The group just stared at the pair as they ignored them. Then Sam begun to sing.

Aphmau rapped her arms around Sam with a tear in her eye. "I wrote it when I left," He whispered in her left ear. Aph then wiped the tear from her caramel eyes and stood up. "So you think I can't fight huh?"
