Namjoon rose from his bed, figuring it was about time he got up and make breakfast, he slipped on his slippers and went down. The doorbell ringing as he reached the bottom of the stairs, he opened the front door after seeing Woojin through the peephole.
"I'm going to make it quick since I have a schedule today." Woojin announces as soon as he entered the house, they both went to the living room and sat there, Namjoon patiently waited as his friend clears his throat. His eyebrows creased.
Namjoon didn't like this feeling, he knew it all too well.
Woojin dusted his shoe away from a speck of dirt that had fallen onto it and heard the doorbell ring again. He looked back at Namjoon whose expression has turned sour, and offered him a small smile before saying, "Hey Joon, don't dwell too much about it." but Namjoon only scrunched up his nose, confusion evident on his face. "How can I 'not dwell too much about it' when it concerns me?!" He groans, getting ignored as Woojin opens the door.
"Oh, hey Yoongi." The taller smiles, letting Yoongi into the doorway before turning back to Namjoon. "I'm going to leave now, text me if something happens." And he nods to Yoongi before leaving to his car.
Yoongi awkwardly stands still on the doorway, watching as Namjoon ruffles his hair in frustration over the thing that Woojin told him about. "Um, hey..."
And as if Yoongi pulled out the younger out of his own world, his head whipped up and met Yoongi's eyes. "Oh, hey, take a seat, I'll go wake Seokjin up." He ushers the older to the living room, Yoongi nodding and then making his self comfortable on the couch.
After being convinced that Seokjin won't snooze again, Namjoon went back down the kitchen and prepared a glass of juice for Yoongi. "Damn it." He curses quietly, but he quiets down when he hears Seokjin greet Yoongi in the living room. He walked to the living room, handing the juice over to Yoongi who said his thanks, Namjoon smiled timidly at him before going back into the kitchen, frustration creeping back into his system.
Seokjin's muffled voice nears the kitchen where Namjoon was pouring himself a glass of milk. "Namjoon have you seen my phone?"
The younger felt his anger dissolving when he heard Seokjin's soothing voice. He looked up from the kitchen counter, a soft smile replacing the earlier scowl on his face. "Yeah, you left it beside your tumbler last night, it's on your table." He answers, watching as the brown-haired male bounces back to the living room.
Namjoon felt his gaze lingering on the kitchen doorway, his expression falling.
It has been three hours since the two left the house, and Namjoon remained seated on the couch, staring into nothingness. Though in his vision, he can't see the living room furniture, he was just in a white room in his mind. Nothing else was in the room. Just a single white bed occupying a side of the room, where he was seated.
He had seen this room many times, ever since he got into that fight. But this time, something glinted from the corner of his eye. He slowly turned his head to the wall to his right. Where a mirror mysteriously appeared.
But instead of seeing his own mint hair and dark eyes as he had last seen himself in the mirror that morning, this mirror showed brown hair, soulless eyes.
And Seokjin's facial features.
