Namjoon wasn't expecting for it to end so quickly.

Well, at least he successfully did what he wanted before it did...

"I'll wait for you outside." The mint haired man calls out after putting his shoes, he walked out of the doorway and stuffed his hands in his pants' pocket. The light brown muffler around his neck giving him enough warmth. Though he didn't need much, it was just cute. And he definitely wasn't wearing it because Seokjin bought it for him.

It was one of their afternoon strolls that Namjoon decided to wear a plain shirt, which threw Seokjin off because it was almost winter and he was afraid that Namjoon would catch a cold. Well aside from the fact that he can't stand how nice the younger looked with just a plain shirt (Not like he'll say it out loud though). It reminded Seokjin of a stranger he met a few months back. Anyway, because of Namjoon's (idiotic) decision, Seokjin, who went outside first, dragged Namjoon to the nearest department store and bought the said muffler.

The younger didn't complain, he loved the attention Seokjin gave him anyway.

He turned around when the steel gate sounded open, and he wasn't surprised when Seokjin came out wearing the same blue-black jacket again. That was the only article of clothing he didn't change from the last time they went out (which was a day ago).

"Let's go." Seokjin smiled, reaching out to hold Namjoon's hand.

He was happy.

"Hyung why don't you try dyeing your hair pink?"

Seokjin hummed in acknowledgement as he chewed on his ramyun, raising his head to look at Namjoon, surprised at the random phrase. "What? Why so sudden?"

Namjoon hums. "Well, nothing really, I just think pink hair will suit you." He mixed his ramyun around silently, then opens his mouth to speak again.

"If... Seokjin hyung even if I..." He gulped. "If I leave... can you still consider dyeing your hair pink? I'd still like it even if I can't see it..." Seokjin listens, a bit confused, Namjoon continues. "Plus, it can remind you of me..." He mumbled, hands stopping and placing down the chopsticks silently.

"Nevermind." He smiled brightly. "It was nothing." Seokjin went blank for some seconds and then smiled back

Namjoon felt it. He should've taken his time that day.

They soon finished their meals and were making their way out of the restaurant. Namjoon caught up to Seokjin after paying the bill, they resumed walking slowly.

Seokjin sighs, hands in his pockets. "Time flies fast." He mumbles, turning to the left to face Namjoon. "I can't believe we've known each other for almost four months. Let's make it to five yeah?" He grins, bumping shoulders with Namjoon.

The younger stumbles to the side a little, making him raise an eyebrow. "Are you okay?"

Namjoon nods. "Peachy." And just like that, they resumed walking, in silence.

"It's almost winter..." Namjoon mumbles, remembering that there were only about four days left of autumn. He sighed silently.

"Yeah, and I want some ice cream before winter ends." The brown haired pouted. "We've already passed the convenience store though."

Namjoon saw Seokjin's bottom lip jutting out and he chuckles, softly caressing his cheeks. "Stop pouting, let's just go out again tomorrow." And Seokjin lights up, liking the idea.

"Wow, to think that about four months ago you were disapproving of me living with you, you were so cold and quiet, look at you now, cheering over me mentioning ice cream-- Ow!" Namjoon was cut off when Seokjin punched his shoulder, they both stopped walking and glared at each other in silence.

Before they erupted into laughter.

"Let's go home." Seokjin's laughter slowly ends with Namjoon's right arm slung across his shoulders. He just nods, and they both resumed walking.

"Hey hyung?"

"What is it?"

"You have broad shoulders, I almost can't reach across them."

"..."

"Ow!"
