We all stood in a semi circle around Danny.

He was looking casual today. Jeans. Sweatshirt. Chains. Boots.

Same as me!

"Right then ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to team Danny. There are only two girls on team Danny. Charlie and Jessica. So lads be nice. For obvious reasons i am not going to put them together. So Jessica can you step forward please?" Danny asked.

Jessica gave me a glance before stepping forward.

"Okay you will be battling Aaron," Danny said.

A guy, who i am assuming is Aaron, with blonde hair stepped forward.

"Okay. Charlie..." Danny said indicating that I should stand forward.

I did so.

"You will be battling Karl," Danny said.

Karl ... Oh sugar. Karl was the powerhouse country singer. He is also a busker.

Danny paired the rest of them up and then came to me and Karl.

"Right Karl you have quite a deep powerful voice. But Charlie. My question to you is do you think you can beat that low voice with your low pitch. From what I have heard you could do any key. You can either harmonise with Karl or ye could really go all out and try to overpower his low voice," Danny said.

"I don't want to be in the shadows. So i will go for the latter," I said.

Danny smiled.

"Good girl. Right so have you guys heard of Sting?" Danny asked.

After some hesitation Karl nodded whilst i was nodding straight away.

Danny grinned again.

"Okay. Have you heard of the song Deep In The Meadow?" Danny asked both of us.

Karl shook his head but once again I was nodding.

Things were looking good.

Karl and Danny looked shocked.

"Its normally played on piano but you can change the chords to tabs quite easily," I said.

"Go on," Danny challenged.

Challenge accepted.

I ran to the corner and got a guitar.

I knew this song like the back of my hand.

I started playing the guitar to it.

Danny mouthed the lyrics.

"Okay. So can you show me the difference. What is it like on piano?" Danny challenged again.

Once again. Challenge accepted.

I sat at the piano and played the song on piano.

"What I want both of ye to do is play the guitar to the song," Danny said.

Karl smiled.

He's got his game on now.

So we practised. Sometimes with Danny there other times without Danny.

Karl was getting better and i was average at doing my best with it and helping Karl learn the lyrics and guitar tabs.

Danny came running over.

"Sorry guys. I haven't checked on ye in an hour or so," Danny appologised.

"Don't worry. Wasn't like we missed ye?" I said cheekily.
