Why am I here?

I'm sitting with Hye in her living room at 12 am while she goes on and on about things I couldn't care less for. There was somewhere I'd rather be but my mind wouldn't let me comprehend where.

No. I knew where I wanted to be but I couldn't bring myself to admit it.

I look at Hye but all I could see was a certain guy with a handsome face and a princely smile. He wore pink and was talking about things that I was highly interested it.

"Namjoon.......and.....we..." The words were too hard to understand.

"Jin, I can't understand what you're saying."

A strike of pain made it's way across my cheek. That's when reality hit me. The dreadful girl was right in front of my face again.

Sometimes reality makes me wish I could sleep even a little longer.

"I'm not that damn hideous boy." She hits me again. I didn't care about the slaps she gave me. What hurts worse was the insult she gave Jin.

"Maybe I have to show you who I am." She says seductively.

No.

Denied.

I push her feather like away. "I think I'm gonna go." There was no way I was going to stick around to see her sad attempt at seducing me.

"Come on Namjoon. You've never really kissed me yet and right now I'm in the mood." She started crawling closer to me on the couch.

I push her away again. "Well I'm not."

Suddenly there was a buzz that came from my phone. Hye pauses and watches as I take out my phone from my pocket. I unlock the phone using the password I haven't changed yet after a month and a few weeks.

I think I should change that password now.

I saw Jin earlier this morning waiting by the bus stop. He was shivering to death. I had given him my scarf because it was painful to watch him shake like that.

I'm glad we're friends.

Speak of the devil, it was him who had texted me. I opened the message while Hye was watching. I unblocked Jin from all my social media now that we're on good terms.

Jin: Did you receive my present?

Namjoon: You gave me a present?

Jin: Yes. I just forgot to put my name on it.

Jin: The lady at the front desk was supposed to give it to Yoongi to give to you.

Hye speaks up. "So that's who the present was from. Now I'm glad I threw it away."
