"Where did she go?" Thor asked as we all stared at the place she had once been.
"I don't know, where ever it is, I know it is not a pleasant place." I whispered hoarsely.
Mother was shaking and silent tears ran down her face. Father did not catch her in time before she fell to her knees she sobbed into his embrace. When she looked up at him Thor and I could both since the storm that was threatening to come.
"IF YOU JUST TRIED TO TRULY CARE FOR HER THIS could have been avoided. YOu knew the prophecy and you Let HER go down the path we were warned about." She sneered at him but unable to get up.
Poor women loved Flower so much she would lay her life down for her, even when we all learned that she could most defiantly be the end to us all. She still didn't care and I don't think she ever will, even when the day comes. Our father was too ambitious and stupid to see that he could have changed her fate and everyone else's doom.
AVENGERS TOWER~A WEEK LATER~
"SHE'S WHAT" Fury roared at the head of the table glaring daggers at the two brothers that had just come back from Asgard.
"You heard him mortal." Loki snarled back and walked to the other side of the room looking to the sky.
There was still a pang of hope that maybe she would fight it and come back to him. How easy everything could have been, but you never get that end of the stick in reality.
"Really come on we need to be thinking of a game plan. Are you even sure this prophecy she is 'in' is even close to being true?" Tony asked looking for logic in this but even he knew deep down what was said is the truth.
"Yes the first half has already been completed, she has chosen a side and she will end all the realms and build them back up. She is meant to clean the universe when evil has become more than the good. But now she is being used for bad, so how this plays out I have no clue." Thor said getting everyone's attention and it was clear, war was the least of their worries, surviving would be key in the end.
"So is there any reason to fight then? Can't one of you talk some kind of since into her? Do you even know where she is?" Natasha asked clearly wanting to have some kind of idea what to do besides being a sitting duck.
"Thanos. She went to Thanos. . ." Loki said coming back and sitting down out of breath like he had the breath knocked outta him.
"Brother?. . " Thor reached out to his brother and Loki flinched away and nodded.
"The link is faint but it still is there he showed me her, she is powerful we are going to need a miracle to change her mind. If that is even possible anymore!" Loki grunted and left the room, he had to see her before it was too late to save her.
"Well there he goes, you knew he would go didn't you Fury?" Thor asked his brother long gone.
"I counted on it."
So this was a short chapter but it is leading up to some big stuff and the excerpt from the book description will finally be put in action. I'm seriously proud of myself of continuing this story as long as I have. I'm disappointed it doesn't get a whole lot of views or anything but I'm happy with it.
