At the end of the day I caught up with Amanda who smiled at me as she walked up the hall with her five inch heels.
“Wow, you look happy,” I said, “I’d thought you’d be sad that I was kissing him.”
“I don’t care, he kissed me,” she said laughing.
“Really? So I guess you two are an item,” I said.
“no, we are dating secretly because of...you know her,” I said.
“Oh awesome,” I said, I actually didn’t feel that jealous, maybe because I was meant to break Cat and Josh up.
That night there was a huge storm, the leaves blew into our house and the rain pelted down like it was hail. My neighbour was over and my mum and her were in the kitchen talking. I really didn’t know why she was here, but I do know that when she went to see my mum, my mum started to cry. I really didn’t bother about it, thought it was lady stuff.
Hannah and I sat down next to the fire playing scrabble, yeah I know it was a boring game, but it was the only game to play.
“I made better words than you, but you usually beat me, what’s wrong?” she asked like she was really concerned.
“Oh, it’s school work, just thinking about how much I have to catch up on,” I said.
“Really?” she raised an eyebrow.
“Yeah,” I went over to the couch and plopped down.
“You know, you can tell me, I am not that shallow that I have to tell everyone about it,”
“Fine, it’s Josh, he kissed me again and I don’t know what to do, then he goes and flirts with Amanda and he tells me he loves me,”
“And Jessica still wants him, what will she do if she finds out you kissed him and he flirted with Amanda,”
“I don’t know but I hope she doesn’t find out,” I bit my lip.
“She won’t, no one saw you right?”
“Yeah,”
“So he kissed you, why are you sad?”
“I also found out that Drake is Amanda’s brother and that he had a girlfriend,”
“Is Drake the guy who took you out secretly but you told mum it was Josh?”
“Yeah him.....”
