I wondered down the long road looking for nothing more than a place to sleep. It was a clear night the stars light up the sky. As I kept walking I started to hear voices.

"I'm going crazy." I said to myself. But as my pace got slower and slower the voices got louder and louder. I could hear two men. As I looked over my shoulder I saw two silhouettes small. Not hobbits. Dwarves.

Oh thank god. Dwarves. I needed to see a familiar race. I am so tired of humans. They think they own everything. I heard them shush each other as they got close.

"I'm no monster there is no need to shush!" I yelled over my shoulder.

"I'm so very sorry. Where are you off to miss?" I heard a voice say.

"I'm just looking for a place to sleep." I said. The two men came next to me.

I looked at the younger one his a dark color. For a dwarf I was surprised he had no beard. But he looked very good without one. He had a bow on his back.

He looked very handsome. He was also very muscular.

The other looked a bit older. His hair a dirty blonde color. He had a beard but not a long one. He had to many weapons to count. They both wore dark cloaks.

"My name is Kili." Said the younger one. "And Fili." Said the other.

"Pleased to meet you my name is Lucy." I replied.

"We know of a place you can stay." Kili offered.

"Where?" I asked.

"Well do you know of the ancient city of Erebor.?" Fili cut in.

"Yes my father was born there. And I have been raised on stories of the city." I said.

"We are going to take back the mountain." Kili said.

"I have so many questions but I will hold my tongue for now." I said.

"Follow us we will take you there." Fili said.

We walked for a bit until we got to a small village. It was quite cozy. But the people where very very small. They looked like children.

"What is this place?" I asked.

"Hobbiton. A village in the shire land of the hobbits." Fili said.

"Wow much different from The Iron Hills ." I reply.

We walked up to a hobbit hole with a marking on the door. Kili rang the door bell. I could hear talking inside. A small man answered the door.

"Fili,Kili,Lucy." We said. "At your service." We once again said in sync. Adding a small bow at the end.

"Bilbo Baggins. At your service." Bilbo said.

We walked into the hobbit hole and hung our things up. Fili set down his weapons next to a small chest. There was no way I was taking off my knifes. The lads at home call them my babies.

We were met by two other dwarves. They looked at me dumbfounded.

"We found her on the road and she knows much about Erebor. She must be of some use." Fili said.

"Thorin will be upset." The large dwarf said.

"Please Dwalin let her stay." Kili pleaded. Dwalin nodded his head.
