Kili lifted himself onto the pony and then stuck his hand out for me. I grabbed it tight and tossed myself behind him. I wrapped my arms around him and held on to his muscular torso. I wasn't expecting him to be that strong.

"Hold on." He said. A sly grin run across his face. He kicked the pony and it went flying.

Down the path to left and to the right.

"Kili! Slow down your going to hurt somebody! Or something!" I shouted he laughed. This didn't reassure me that this was a good idea.

After a minute of pure hell Kili finally slowed down. My finely braided hair now looked like I had just been in a massive storm. Just dandy.

"You get startled easily." He said in a calm voice.

"I get startled when a dwarf I barley know goes taking off into the blue on a pony. Not mentioning he is quite handsome. And a tad bit reckless." I say.

"Wow. I have never hear a woman talk to me like that before. I like it." Kili said. A devilish grin crossed his face.

"Why do I not trust you?"I say as I rest my head on his shoulder.

"Why should you trust me?" He replied.

"Because you are kind and caring. Sweet and honest. " I say.

"That is not entirely true." He says. He looked down at the path.

"It's true to me." I say.

We took off down the path my faith was dwindling in my hobbit. He is long gone in his cozy hole. Just then I could hear a voice.

"Wait! Wait!!!" It was Bilbo. "I signed it." He said lifting the contract in the air.

Balin gave him a pony but he fought the whole way. Small sacks of coins went flying if I ever got home from this I would go back rich. The hobbit does not shut the hole under his nose.

"A week." Bofur said.

"No a few days." Gloin replied.

"Not that quickly. But you should have seen his face when we saw her on the road. I've never seen him look at a woman like that." Fili said.

They were debating how quickly me and Kili would be together. Classy real classy. He is handsome but I don't think it will happen that fast. Depends on both of us I suppose.

After a day of riding I was sore from straddling a horse and holding onto Kili for so long. We settled down.

Bombur made dinner stew. It was interesting to say the least. I put my mat down right next to Fili and Kili seeing that no one else really knows me . I sat by the fire warming my frigid hands.

"Lass do you sing?" Bofur said.

"Yes." I replied.

"Would you fancy singing a tune?" Bofur asked.

"Of corse and I heard this song on the road in The Shire."

"Home is behind, the world ahead

And there are many paths to tread

Through shadow, to the edge of night

Until the stars are all alight

Mist and shadow

Cloud and shade

Alll shall Fade

All shall fade."

All of there faces where in awe. I wasn't that good but Bilbo looked like he knew the song.

"Goodness lass. You have a beautiful voice." Bofur said.
