Fifteen year old, Stella Miller had some problems before with bullying and self-harm. The preps knew her as the "emo faggot" of the school because of the music she likes. She had struggeled with self-harm because of these vices, but it didn't seem like a real problem. She had only done it once or twice. Unlike most 'emo' kids, she had a wonderful homelife, until one cruel day. The day her parents were involved in a car crash that would change Stella's life forever. She's left alone to figure out how to recreate life with her mystery Godfather, who may just be who she least expects it to be. She meets a couple of crazy friends along the way, who each have their own broken story.
