Romantic Evening

Chapter 2

Emma's POV

I knew I wasnt gonna get the job they will want someone more energetic and less dull.

"Okay here you go Coco." I say to my dog and place the dog food on the floor.

Then my phone rang then I saw the number from the firm. Here comes the why we rejected you call.

Phone Call.

Killian: Hello Emma Swan, this is Killian Jones.

Emma: Yes hello.

Killian: I just called to say welcome to the team Miss.Swan come in tomorrow just to get the feel of the office and your work will begin on Monday.

Emma: Thank You Mr.Jones.

Killian: Until tomorrow

End Call.

I actually did it I got the job and now my life is back on track. The next morning I got ready and headed to the firm and this woman approached me.

"Hello you must be Emma Swan. Im Snow White." The woman says.

"Is that really your name?" I ask.

"Yes. I know I get that alot. My mother loved the name Snow and our last name is White. So... Yeah." She says.

"Well its very nice to meet you." I say.

"So Killian has meetings all day so I will be showing you around." She says.

"Thank you." I say as we head inside.

We headed inside and I was alittle nervous about this everyone has known each other for so long.

"Okay so you know your way around office and now we head to the cafeteria where everyone goes for lunch." She says.

"Oh is this cafeteria is it gonna be like High School?" I ask.

"Kinda." She says.

"Oh." I say.

We walked in and was like very fancy, but I could tell that everyone had like their group just like High School.

"Okay thats Regina and Zelena Mills hey are the tough ones in her. They arnt that mean, but they do get crazy when you step in their way. Over there is Robin Locksly and August Booth and they are the sweetest they will help you with anything if you need it. Over there is Neal Cassidy and Graham Hunters and their are hard workers, but I'd watch out they can be very rude to sexist towards women." She says and then watches this man walking in.

"Umm Snow.. Snow.." I say.

"Uhh?" She asks.

"You okay? Who's that guy?" I ask.

"Thats David... He is very kind and sweet.." She says.

"Okay. So you like him?" I ask.

"Yeah, but no dating in the office is allowed." She says.

Before I could say anything I saw Killian and he was with a Brunette woman.

"So whos that with Killian?" I ask.

"That would be Belle French. She is Killian's closet friend. They have been best friends since forever, but like I no dating in the work place. All romances must be with someone outside of here." She says.

"No... I.." She says.

"Relax I was teasing. We all have had our crushes on him. It will fade." She says.

After more of her showing me around she then had to get to her job and as I walked into this older man

"Im sorry." I say.

"You should be." He says.

"Emma a word." Killian says.

"Yeah." I say.

I walked over to him and there were two others that I have never met before.

"Emma Swan, thats my brother Liam and my father Brennan. They just wanted to make sure I made the right choice. Now they can leave." He says.

His father and brother put down what I only can assume was my resume then they left without a word.

"Umm.." I say.

"Look your new and I know Snow should you around, but my father and brother are very nice people if they trust you and someone frames you for something bad they will believe you." He says.

"Im sorry I dont know whats happening here." I say.

"I say this because the man you ran into was Rumple Gold. He is not a very nice man. Your lucky you new he wont lash out at new people all that much, but trust me you run into him again. He'll make your life hell." He says.

"Thanks for the warning." I say.

"Okay well until Monday." He says opening the door.

I walked out and finally left the building. I could tell this wasnt like any other place I have been before and Im really afraid of whats to come.
