Chapter 11

Emma's POV

Yesterday work August was talking to me about something he needed my help with and Killian was watching us. I had no idea why he was though. I went to the bar where August told me to meet him and when I got there I saw Killian sitting at the bar. I walked past him and went to the table where August was.

"So what did you need?" I ask.

"Okay, ever since you got the rule gone coworkers are coming here and having dates." August says.

"So." I say.

"Tonight I thought you'd like to watch Snow and David on their offical date." He says.

"Really? This is what you needed?" I ask.

"Not just this. See that girl Lily over there. I like her, but I dont think she likes me so I want you to just sit with me. Maybe flirt alittle to make her jealous." He says.

"Doesnt she work with us?" I ask.

"Yeah so can you please do this for me?" He asks.

"Yeah I can do that." I say.

I looked over at the bar and Killian was just watching me. He looked upset and I didnt know why. Then Snow walked in with David and she looked very happy. I looked away from them and paid attention to August. I continued to flirt with August and it worked cause that Lily walked over all mad and took August away from me.

"Hey Swan." Killian says when I sit next to him.

"Oh hey whats up." I say.

"I could ask you the same. So that girl stole your date? Shame." He says.

"No. I was flirting with August to see if it would make her jealous and go after August." I say.

"Ahh. Well arnt you a good friend." He says.

"Yeah I helped August and look how happy Snow and David are. See getting rid of that rule was a good thing. I dont see why you had to fight for it for so long." I say.

"Emma..." He starts but stops.

He just looked at the door and Belle walked in with Rumple Gold and then they walked past to a table and Killian looked pissed.

"Hey you okay?" I ask putting my hand on his.

He looked at me and then pulled his hand away and stood up. Looked back at Belle and then back at me.

"Thanks alot." He says and walked out.

I watched him leave and then I looked over at Belle and Gold. What was Killian's problem? Does he like Belle? Or does he hate Gold and want to keep him away from his friend? Ugh why is he so hard to understand. I need to find out the truth and Killian will tell me. I have a way to get him to tell me. All I have to do is flirt with either Graham or Neal in front of him. Then he will talk....Well hopefully.
