The Call

**1 week later**

**Kelly (the mom) POV**

Ashley was at school and I came home from work early. I was reading a book and I got a call from the doctors office.

"Ok, ok, I will let her know" I said as I hung up. Wow. I would tell Ashley the news later on tonight I don't want to ruin her day.

**Ashleys POV**

I came home from school and my mom seemed upset, I asked her what was wrong she she said nothing, but I knew something was wrong. I told my mom I was going out to the mall and she said ok. I met Mandy, Ana, and Camryn at the mall, Cam is my cousin. We went to Aeropostale, Hollister, and PINK. After that Mandy's dad picked us up and brought us to Starbucks.

**Mandys POV**

Before we went to the mall Ashleys mom texted me saying that Ashley had type 2 cancer and I wanted to make this a great day for her before her mom told her, and I think she had alot of fun at the mall.

**Anas POV**

I felt bad for Ashley but I also wanted her to have fun so when we went to Starbucks I said my treat and payed.

Mandy's dad took all of us home, Ashleys mom was going to tell her tonight.
