I seemed to be moving all around the entire camp these past few weeks and the vault hunters were a no show, I thought I'd be guarding the door until they came but Jack thought it would be a good idea to move me back to the camp. I wasn't sure what went through his head at all, but I can't really object to him.

I skidded my feet against the rock pavement as I finally made my way back to the bandit camp, other bandits waving at me and some trying to start a conversation. I wasn't really looking for a conversation with them, I needed to find my brother and tell him everything that has happened.

I saw him up towards the front gate and began speeding up my footing, I ran up to him and jumped on his back. He yelled and tried to shake me off of him, he threw me down on the ground and pointed his pistol in my direction. It took him two seconds to realize it was me, putting his pistol back in his holster and helping me up.

"What the hell are you doing?" He nearly yelled.

"It's good to see you too." I laughed, crossing my arms.

"Yeah, speaking of that, where the hell have you been the past few days?"

"That's what I wanted to talk to you about." I smiled under my mask.

"Alright, well get talking."

"No, in private."

"Jeez, alright but make it quick."

We walked back to the bandit hut and covered the cloth back over the door, it was empty which was good. I took off my mask and finally breathed, Bone Head did the same and sat down on the table as I took a seat on a cot.

"So what is it that you want to tell me?"

"Well I've obviously been gone for a few days, guarding the vault key doors and everything." I stopped, wanting to see the surprise on his face, he seemed unfazed.

"And?"

"Well... Handsome Jack and I really hit it off."

"What do you mean by that?" He asked straightening his posture.

"I think we're dating." I whispered.

"Are you kidding me?" He yelled, "I'll cut his fucking head off." He got up to the leave the hut.

"Bone Head, come back here!" I grabbed him by the shoulders and pulled him back into the hut.

"Birde, you realize that he hates bandits, right?" He turned angrily, "That's the reason why he wants the damn vault open."

"He said he wouldn't kill me!"

"You know, you can be so damn naive sometimes!" He yelled back.

"I actually feel something for someone, something that actually makes my stomach tie up in knots and my head draw a blank."

"It's called puppy love, you need to get over him," he pushed his way back into the room, "he's probably just doing this to use you."

"Use me? In what way?" I growled back.

"You're his best sniper." He spoke in his best Jack voice.

"That doesn't mean anything! I wasn't even using a sniper."

"I'm guessing he's shown you the vault then, huh?"

"What does that have to do with anything?"

"Why did he show you the vault, Birde?"

His words caught me in my thoughts, I stood back in my stance and looked down at the ground. Bone Head only got closer, his breathing unsteady and his body language still angry.

"Why did he show you the vault?" He asked again.

"S-Stop asking." My voice cracked as I tried to yell, the room beginning to shake.

"What the hell." I heard him whisper.

I fell to my knees, my hands trembling as I felt the ground move under me. There was screaming coming from the bandit camp, shots being fired and large booming noises shaking the ground. Bone Head looked back at me, my head began to swirl as I felt a sharp pain in my eyes. He looked at me in horror.

"You're... it's happening." He mumbled, stumbling on the ground and falling on his ass.

I looked down at my hands, a burning sensation irritating my arms and hands as they shined a bright blue. As intricate designs pushed their way through my skin, I screamed in pain, the room shook even more as other people came in for shelter and were stunned at my glowing body.

My body shot back as I landed on my back, my breathing steadying and my head pounding. Men crowded around me, their curious faces looking down as I tried to wave them away from me but I was too weak.

"She's a siren." I heard someone whisper, the others looked around frantically.

"What should we do with her?" Another asked.

"Don't touch her." I heard Bone Heard growl.

He picked me up off the ground, my body feeling like a dead weight. The others crowded around him as he tried his best to move away from them, my head rolled around as I was drifting in and out of consciousness. I looked back at my arms and saw the tattoos that had just appeared on my arms still glowing and stinging, I put my head back and stared up at the sky. It seemed to be turning a bright orange and the atmosphere changing, I felt my eyes quickly roll back in my head.

Helios orbiting the sky, I tried to think about the legends of sirens. This couldn't be... I was born and raised a bandit, there was nothing supernatural about me. I shifted my droopy and tired eyes over to Bone Head as he tried to keep his gaze off of me, a guilty look creeping across his face.
