The floor was cold and hard, my vision was blurred and my brain was pounding it's way out of my skull. I was in my office, more or less the floor of my office. My back was killing me and it felt like I had been shot in the spine, it was a good thing I was able to move... somewhat. My eyes began to take in the room better, I shifted my body and tried my best to get up and get a better look around. I brought my hand up to my face and felt my glasses still on my nose, I sighed in relief and tried to move my body some more. I noticed that my body was soon stopped by something around my neck, I was chained up to the floor with a collar around my neck.

"What the fuck." I whispered and pulled at the chain.

The doors quickly opened and a man walked through, happily and proudly. It was Jack, humming to himself and holding something in his hands. I backed my myself against the wall as he got closer towards my desk, he stopped for a quick second and looked down at me.

"Hey there pumpkin," he crouched down, "hungry?" He handed me a muffin. I took it hastily, I was very hungry after all.

"What's going on?" I asked, my voice still sounding crackly.

"Well, after I hit you with that stun rod, I chained you up to teach you a lesson, you need to watch your temper missy."

"W-What?"

"I've just missed you so much," he changed the subject before grabbed the bottom of my chin and pulled me closer to his face, "and I wouldn't want this little inconvenience to keep us apart." He pecked my lips.

"But why did you have to chain me up?" I pulled on the chain.

"I wouldn't want you doing something brash, especially since I just got my company back." He laughed and took a seat in my chair.

"You mean my company." I stated, crawling my way over towards the desk.

"Well, as of 10:39 this morning, it has been mine since you had stepped down."

"Stepped down?"

"You see, after your body fell to the floor, people came running and asked me what was happening." He looked away and up at the screen being pulled down. "I told them that you wanted to bring me back to life because being the president of Hyperion was just too hard for your weak, little system."

"And they bought it?" I asked.

"Of course, do you know how stupid Hyperion employees are?" His laugh almost mocking me.

I was silent, I couldn't believe what was going on. I couldn't believe that my employees actually believed this bullshit that was going on, I watched as his hand floated across the desk and picked up his old pocket watch that I had left on the desk a few nights ago and began looking at it strangely.

"You take this from me, kitten?" He held the watch in front of my face.

"I wanted a piece of you with me at all times." I mumbled and looked away from him.

"Awe... so innocent," he pinned it back onto his coat, "now I'll be with you all the time so you won't need to take things of mine." He patted my head and looked back up at the screen that now showed his face.

I watched as it focused in and out I frame, he waved his hand in front of it and his face finally went into focus, smiling. I looked up at a red dot was blinking from the screen and his smile only increasing.

"Good afternoon Hades, I know this may be a bit confusing for quite a lot of you, but you will soon get back into the motion." He looked down at me, still grinning, "as much as we loved Birde, she had to step down because being president was just too much for her, and as her caring lover, I gladly took her place."

My eyes widened, he was sending out a mass ECHO through Hades and Pandora, why Pandora? He continued to ramble about who knows what, but then he brought up my Clean Planet act.

"As good as it was, we're going to have to stop the Clean Planet act to make room for the mining process of eridium at all costs." He clasped his hands together.

"No." I whispered.

"Now, I'm going to plan on how we are going to start production back up."

He turned it off without even saying goodbye, he turned and looked down at me as I sat right next to the chair. He seemed unhappy but his cool was seemingly perfect, I gathered my hands in my lap and looked away from him angrily.

"Something you'd like to say, kitten." I heard his voice in an ear growl.

"No." I whispered.

"Good, I don't need you getting in my way of bringing back my business." He sat back into his seat.

I rested my back against the wall and tried my best to think about what I was going to do now, my company was screwed and the planet that I tried so hard to bring back to life was going to be killed once again. I wiped a few tears from my cheeks and sat there, hiding my face as best as I could with my short hair.
