Volunteer, for anything and everything, try new things, join the raider team, the Drill, or the marksmanship, and colorgaurd team (If your battalion has a colorgaurd team, we don't it's who ever volunteers) Go to camp. It may seem intimidating at first but you find out things about yourself you didn't know before. I learned I have really bad social anxiety from drill (I'll explain what happened next chapter) and it's something I'm going to work at. It will also help you meet new people and give you experiences you'll never forget. And it also looks good if you put it on applications for when you apply for College or for a job because they know what their getting and will be more likely to accept you to that college or get you the job. It also goes towards Company of the year that's why we won this year because our company, dominated all the team's, volenteered for colorgaurds, did volunteer work, raised money selling chocolate, everyone brought in cans. Just know you can never go wrong when you volunteer.
