My company. I love that you don't have to be the most athletic or not good at what you do, no one cares. Just have fun and they will too. Story time so before I joined RO I was in team sports basically a gym class and I wasn't the fastest runner or the greatest at sports but I tried my hardest. I was bullied badly, like I was definatley the joke of the class and it came to the point where I didn't even want to get up like it took half an hour just to drag myself out of bed and midterms came and I dropped the class, and joined RO and I was teased for that the last day I was in the class. So RO started and everything turned around for me I was happier, I still had confidence issues and PT day came and it became my favorite day of the week. Like if you weren't good at something you were built up instead of torn down and I really needed that and it's shaped me to become the more confident and just not caring person I am now. (I'm a bit conceited too courtesy to my Company Commander, he rubbed off on me.)
