chapter 5

                      ~Jessica~
After a while of driving we pull up to Charlotte's house I turn to thank Mr.Walker.

"Thank you!" I say while turning to him.

"No problem, just remember that I'm here when you need someone to talk to!" He said while giving me a small smile.

I grab my duffle bag off the floor and get out of the car. As soon as Mr.Walker pulled off Charlotte opened the door.

"OMG JESSICA YOU'RE HERE!" Screams when she sees me.

"I know, hey which room am I in tonight?" I say while yawning.

"Guest room next to mine!" She half yelled in a happy tone.

"Are we going to school tomorrow?" I ask praying that she'll say no.

"Yes we are!" She looks at me and smiles.

"Well let's go in and get some rest then" I say in a sad tone.

              ~Mr.Walkers POV.~

I was driving home after seeing my sister at the beach, and see something out of the corner of my eye.

"Jessica?" I whisper in a questioning tone.

She looks so pretty walking in the sun set..wait what am I thinking, she's my student I can't think of her like that.

I pull up next to her and roll down my window.

"Hey Jessica!"I simply say.

"Mr.Walker?" She said surprised.

"Need a ride?" I say.

After about 10 minutes of trying to offer her a ride she finally gets in the car. As I drive I look at her out of the corner of my eye, how can two people make someone so beautiful as Jessica?.

As we arrive at Charlotte's house we said our 'goodbyes' and 'thank you' I pulled away leaving her in the drive way.

Oh I would do anything to do that all over again.

                ~Jessica's POV~

As I get ready for bed, I turn off the bathroom light and crawl into bed. I check my messages from my mom.

Mom~ where are you??!?

Mom~what happened ??!!!!!

Mom~please answer!!!!

Mom~Jessica I love you!

Mom~ your step father misses you, please come home......

I get the courage to text her back.

Me~ yeah right he doesn't miss me

Mom~ omg Jessica are you okay???

Me~ I'm fine mom

Mom~ Jessica please come home!!

Me~ no mom

Mom~ but why sweetheart, I missed you so much !!!!!

Me~ I'm not going back there, sorry mom but I just can't go home right now and I love you mom I'll call in the morning!.

Mom~ please come home.

Me~ I'll think about it. Love you mom.

Mom~ I love you too Jessica.

I plug in my phone on the charger and hide under the blankets on the bed. I have so many thoughts going through my head. Will I go home, or what will my step dad do to me if I go home, and last but not least will I tell mom about her husband??!.

The worry starts to go away as I slowly start to fall asleep.
