Out like a light

    The next morning Elizabeth was startled awake by the dog barking. She looked at the time on the clock and noticed that (Y/n) was still asleep. 

"(Y/n) get up. We're gonna be late!" This cause (Y/n) to wake up with a startle and fall to the floor. (Y/n) glanced at the clock and proceeded to rush to get ready. The two of them were finished in time. As they headed down stairs they noticed the others in the kitchen eating.

"Hey guys. Glad to see you're finally awake." Spoke KC. The two girls nodded in greeting and sat down, leaving an awkward silence to fill the air. After a bit Allison spoke up, breaking the silence. 

"Hey Lizzy, I'm sorry that I said what I did last night. I have no reason to judge your past considering where I came from." Elizabeth looked at the girl and sighed.

"I forgive you and I'm sorry too. I would've more than likely done the same thing if I were in your situation." The silence set in again, but this time everyone could feel the awkwardness away. Once the seven of them finished their breakfast they headed off to their first periods. though they would be early. When they three girls entered the correct building they walked over to an unused alcove and talked until the bell rang signaling that they had 5 minutes to get to class.

"What's the bell for?" Asked (Y/n).

"It's to tell everyone that they have five minutes before first period starts." Answered Lizzy. (Y/n) nodded and headed off with the two to their respective first hour classes and to say that (y/n) had a bad feeling about today would be an understatement.

*Timeskip to halfway through first period*

Class was only half over and (Y/n) was becoming antsy. Her gut feeling continued to grow from mild precaution to full on worry and as she was about to go to the bathroom Dragon entered the classroom. The man walked over to the red haired teacher and whispered something to him before making his way out of the classroom. Shanks looked to his students and told them to do whatever until he returned.

*Shanks POV*

I walked down the hall and made my way into Dragon's class only to see everyone surrounding someone. 

"What happened?" I asked myself, not to quietly.

"Elizabeth fainted. I'm not quite sure why but she did." I looked over to Dragon who had answered one but left so many out in the open, unanswered. After a bit of contemplation I made my way back to my class, telling Dragon that I'd be right back as I walked out the door.

"Class is over for today. Everyone can leave. (Y/n) and Olivia please follow me though." They gave me looks of confusion before making their way out of their seats and following my direction, as they followed behind me. They followed behind me as we all made our way to Dragon's class. When we entered everyone was gone except a blond who was still sitting next to the unconscious female. (Y/n) and Olivia quickly noticed their unconscious friend and quickly made their way over to her. questioning the male.

*Regular POV*

Sabo was unsure of how to answer the questions being thrown at him, as they were both speaking to quickly for him to properly be able to answer.

"I'm not sure how or why she fainted. All I know is that one we were preparing to spar and the next she was on the ground." Dragon entered the room and (Y/n) and Olivia looked to him for either another answer or an explanation.

"He's not lying, though there appears to be no reason for this to happen. I'd like to know if this has happened before." The two females shook their heads.

"Not that we know of." The teacher sighed.

"Sabo you may leave now." The young male nodded, , and made his way out of the classroom. Silence settled over the group before Olivia spoke up.

"I think we should get Elizabeth back to the house." Dragon nodded and allowed the two to take their friend home. After the two left with Lizzy awkwardly hanging between the both of them Shanks looked over to Dragon.

"You think she's gonna be okay?" Shanks asked worried. 

"I'm not sure, but I have no doubt that whatever's going on she will fight through it, as she's always done."

*With the girls*

As they made their way home a thought popped into (Y/n)'s head.

"Olivia." Said girl hummed in acknowledgement. "What do you think is going to happen with CP-9 here."

"I'm not entirely sure but I have a feeling that they're here for Elizabeth."

"What makes you say that?" Olivia stopped,causing (Y/n) to jerk to a stop.

"When Doflamingo introduced them several of them looked our way and I'm sure I saw Lucci make direct eye contact with Elizabeth." The two began walking again and notice a pair of footsteps join theirs in the hall. The footsteps picked up pace and as the looked behind themselves they noticed that it was Ace. 

"Ace, what are you doing following us?"
