Chapter fifteen

"Cynthia! Your taking forever!" Brandy said as she was already dressed and ready to go. "Im hurrying!" Cynthia yelled from the bathroom. "Girls, I swear." Ben said to Dj as they both sat on the couch waiting for them. "Ember, look." Dj said pointing to Cynthia who was finaly coming down the stairs. "Sissy pretty!" She said pointing at Cynthia. "Ahh." Cynthia said as she picked her up and kissed her. Ember just smiled. "Hey now, Ember. Dont be giving away my kisses." Dj said as he took Ember from Cynthia. Ember smiled even bigger at Dj. "You going to give me a kiss?" Dj asked her. Ember smiled and kissed Dj. "Ember! Your going to steal my boyfriend?" Cynthia said laughing. Ember shook her head yes. Dj and Cynthia laughed. "Alright guys. Dont curupt my daughter." I said laughing as Dj handed me her. "Dj hot." Ember said pointing at Dj. Everyone started to laugh. Dj was on the ground laughing. "What?" Ember said looking at me confussed. "Go play Ember." I said laughing as I sat her down. She waddled over to her toys. "So, where do you guys plan on going?" I asked Cynthia. "I think movies, then the beach." Cynthia said smiling at Dj. "Yeah, Dj and I plan on getting kicked outta the movies." Ben said as he high fived Dj. "Fuck yes." Dj said laughing. "Oh no." Brandy said pushing Ben toward the door. "Have fun." I said to them. "Wait. I'll meet you all in the car I gotta tell Cyndy somthing." Brandy said as everyone else went to the car. "What?" I asked looking at her confussed. "Kitchen." Brandy said as she took my hand and went into the kitchen. "I saw Michael today." Brandy said looking at me. "Really? What did he say? How did he look?" I asked curiuos. "He was upset at first, then mad. He left and said he would find you and Ember." Brandy said serious. "Wow, what do you think will happen?" I asked her. "I dont know." Brandy said as we both walked to the door. "Well have fun." I said to her as she walked to the car. "Hey! You too!" I said yelling at her as they all drove off. "You leaving?" I said looking at Courtney as she grabbed her bag and started for the door. "Yeah." Courtney said as she was out the door and gone. "Looks like its us now." I said looking at Ember playing with her food. Ember looked up at me and pointed to her stomic. "Are you hungary?" I asked her as I picked her up and carried her into the kitchen. She nodded her head. "After you eat you know you go to bed." I said as I put her in her highchair. She crossed her arms and stuck her nose in the air. "Ember. I mean it. Will you?" I said looking at her. She looked at me and nodded her hair yes. "Alright, what would you like?" I asked her. "Dogg." She said looking at me. "Okay, a hot dog." I said as I got one out and started to cook it. She was smiling while I cooked it. She had her daddys smile. His smile was something I missed. I didnt let missing him show it botherd me.

After I was done cooking her food, he ate it and I carried her to bed. "Story?" She said looking at me as I laid her in her bed. "What story do you want me to read?" I said smiling at her. "Vampire!" She said smiling. Vampires, thats what she loved. Of course. I looked threw the books and got the Vladimir Tod book I been reading her. We was on the second one. I read her a chapter everynight since she could start understanding things. I started to read her chapter three as she slowly started to fall asleep as I got to the end of it. I stopped reading and she slowly looked up at me. "Read mommy." She said closing her eyes again. "Tommrow." I said as I kissed her forehead and went into the livingroom. I was now officialy alone. I had nothing to do so I turned on the tv and looked threw the movie channels. I found Dawn of The Dead playing on the horror channel. I conserid it to be a comidy cause it was more funny then scarey. It had just started, so I was in luck. I had somthing to do untill Brandy and Cynthia came back from their date.

The movie was almost close to being over and I wasnt even tired. I got up and looked out the window. I could have sore I saw somthing move from across the street. I shurgged it off and went to check on Ember. She was fast asleep. I hurd a nosie coming from the livingroom. I walked back in the livingroom and the door was opened and closed cause the blinds where moving. My eyes grew wide in fear, I turned to go back in Embers room but froze in even greated fear. Michael was standing infront of me.
