Chapter twenty

We finaly was on the road to the first warped tour date. We was just about there.Cynthia and I was on the bus with Michael and DJ while Brandy and Courtney was on the bus with Ben. Of course we brought little Ember with us. Her very first road trip. She was deffently exited.

"Are we there yet?" Philip yelled from his bunk. "Yes! For the 8th time!" Michael yelled back to him from the lobby. "Dadda?" Ember said looking at Michael. "Yes sweet heart?" Michael said to her. Ember pointed at her belly. "Are you hungary?" Michael asked confussed. Ember nodded her head. "Okay." Michael said as he started to get up. "No. Wait." I said stopping him. "Why?" Michael asked me. "Ember, your old enough to ask for food." I said looking at her. Ember shook her head no. "Ember ask daddy for somthing to eat." I said glaring at her. Ember laid her head on the table and didnt say anything. "Ember. Please ask me." Michael said to her. "Daddy food." Ember said still with her head on the table. "It works." I said laughing as Michael got into the frige and got her some easy mac. "Yumm." Ember said as Michael handed her the mac n cheese after he warmed it up. "Shes so little." Cynthia said smiling at Ember. "I know." I said laughing. Ember stopped eatting. She looked up at me and Cynthia and stuck herr tounge out at us. "Hey! That wasnt very nice." Cynthia said to her. Ember just gigled and contuied to eat.

Finaly, about an hour later, we showed up to the first venu of warped tour. "Why dont you girls take Ember a walk around the grounds before people start showing up while we unload this stuff." Michael said as Dj handed him an amp. "Dont you guys need help?" Brandy asked him. "Thats what a crews for. Plus, Ember might get hurt." Michael said as he carried the amp to the stage. "Alright, if you say so." I said as us girls started to walk to the grounds. "What time do people start coming in? I forgot." Courtney said as we looked at all the stages being set up. "Its twelve I think." I said looking at the gate. People was already standing outside it. "Look! Its Michael Vampires girlfriend!" One of the girls said from the other side of the gate. "Ben Bruces girlfriend!" Another kid said. "Maybe we should go to the other side of the grounds." Courtney said laughing. "No lets go talk to them." Cynthia said walking toward the gate. "Dont let Ember get close to the gate then." Courtney said followin the three of us to the gate. "Omg! Cyndy! Brandy! Cynthia!" A few of them screamed. "Hey guys." I said smiling as I held Ember. "Aww! The babys cute! Whos is she?" A kid asked. "Mine." I said laughing. "What! You have a baby?!" The kid said shocked. "Duh, her names Ember. Michael knocked her up a few years ago at warped." Another kid said. "Basicly yes." I said laughing. "Shes pretty! She looks like Michael." A little girl said. "Your Djs girlfriend! Your not the crazy one are you?" A kida asked Cynthia. "What do you mean by crazy?" Cynthia asked confussed. "I dunno she just seamed weird. Looked it to, but you dont look like her." The kid said. "Well thats good." Cynthia said laughing. "Well guys, its close to time for the gate to open, we better get back to our stage." I said as we started to walk again. "I didnt know some people didnt know about Ember." I said looking at her. Ember was just smiling. "You want your sippy?" Courtney asked Ember. Ember reached for Courtney. I handed her to Courtney and Courtney gave her, her sippy cup.

"Guys your on in five!" Michael's manager said. "Okay im coming." Michael yelled back to him. "Where you going dadda?" Ember asked Michael. "Im going to go sing. Your going to watch me right?" Michael said smiling at her. Ember nodded her head. "You going to come out on stage with me later?" Michael also asked her. Ember hugged my shyly. "Go have fun." I said to Michael as he ran out on stage. "Look at daddy sing." I said pointing to Michael as I sat Ember down. "Dadda!" Ember said pointing at Michael as well. "Yes." I said smiling at her. "Look uncel Dj!" Cynthia said pointing at Dj. "Dj!" Ember said looking at Cynthia and smiled. Cynthia nodded her head yes. Ember looked back at Dj and started to talk toward him. "Ember!" I said laughing trying to stop her, but she was already on the stage. Thankfuly, Michael had finished the song he was singing. "Oh Michael. We have a little groupie on stage." Dj said as he pick Ember up. "Well well, looks like my number one fan." Michael said as Dj handed him Ember. "You guys, this is probley the one girl I love more then my girlfriend." Michael said as he looked at me and smirked. "Shes evil! Just like her dad!" Philip said laughing. "Because you was drunk she drew all over your face." Dj said laughing as well. "Yeah, with your lipstick." Philip said smart. "Alright guys. Its Embers turn to shine. Everyone, this is my year old daughter. Would you like to say hi Ember?" Michael said to her. Michael said her down and gave her the mic. Wrong idea. She ran over to the temary drummer and beat the mic aginst his bass drum wanting him to play. Michael laughed. "You going to take over my show?" Michael asked her as she climbed on to the step in front of the stage. "Yea!" Ember said smiling at Michael. "You going to see the song I taught you?" Michael said as he knelt down next to her. Ember nodded her head. "Can I see the mic?" Michael asked her. Ember handed it to him. Michael turned to Dj and he started to play, 'Bleeding Rain.' And just like a that rehursal, Ember sang adn repeated every word Michael did.
