Surprisingly my mom and Luke only yelled at me for a few minutes. Luckily they eventually calmed down and came around to the ideas of becoming grandparents.
"Now that we got the easy part over with," I told Jace "we need to tell the others"
"Yeah." He said "I'll tell Alec because he's my parabatai, as well as Magnus. You tell Isabelle. But beware. She will probably tackle you" he warned. I chuckled and smiled at him.
"Okay then" I said "good luck." I smiled and then put my lips to his gently. It was pure bliss.
"Thanks," he said. We parted ways. He went to the institute and I went to Forever 21, knowing Isabelle would most likely be there.
As expected, I found Isabelle in the shoe section, looking at a pair or sparkly black pumps. "Isabelle?" I said. She turned around and smiled when she saw me.
"Clary! Are you feeling better? Alec said you were sick this morning." She said to me.
"Yeah I'm fine. I just have to tell you something." I explained.
"Clary, you can tell me anything. You're my best friend,my parabatai" she said.
"Okay.Isabelle,don't freak out. Okay?" She nodded. I took a deep breath before saying, "I'm pregnant."
"Oh by the angel! Really?" She screeched. When I nodded she said "You have to tell Simon!"
"Tell me what?" Simon said,walking over to Isabelle and lacing his arm around her waist.
"I'm pregnant" I told him. He grinned and walked over to me before hugging me.
"I'm so happy for you clary." He whispered in my ear.
"Thanks si." I responded,hugging him tighter.
"No problem" he said. He was about to say something else when izzy interrupted.
"We gotta get back to the institute,so you can get ready!"
"For what?" I asked. Did I miss something important?
"I'm taking you shopping! And I'm bringing Magnus too!" She exclaimed.
I groaned. "This is gonna be a long day" i thought to myself before izzy literally pulled me out the door.
