Anastasia's POV

That morning, I woke up feeling a sharp pain in my neck and a tingling numbness in my legs. My eyes fluttered open as I lifted my hands to rub them out of sleep - looking down to my lap, I find a sleeping Jughead...with his raven black hair pooling over my legs, his eyelashes shadow over his cheekbones which are flushed with warmth, our hands were still connected until I unlaced our fingers.

For a moment, I almost forgot what had happened the night before - if only I could replay that night over and over again. We talked for hours and hours about the silliest and pointless things - we learnt so much about each other, from our favourite colors to our childhood memories that we cherished the most. But, I doubt that he would remember since we were literally falling asleep as we spoke - our yawns echoing and harmonising together.

I removed my eyes from his innocent boyish features to the window to find it was still slightly dark outside, but birds were chirping as the wind whistled through the gap in the window pane. My mind was cloudy until I remembered that it was Riverdale High's Annual Variety Show tonight, and Archie was one of the contestants - and I was invited.

Blinking my eyes a couple of times, I finally decided to wake Jughead up with a nudge to his shoulder - a few seconds later, his eyelashes twitched, his nose scrunched and wiggled until his cobalt green eyes are finally revealed to me. Once he observes his surroundings and realises where he was, he slowly turned onto his other side to find me looking down at him, "Are you done staring at me?" He asked with a lopsided smirk and tired eyes.

"Just as few more seconds...", My eyes danced amusingly across the planes of his face for a few seconds, a small smirk spreading across my lips as he rolled his eyes flopping his head back down onto my lap - his locks flowing over my thigh.

"Oh shush, you weirdo." Jughead chuckled, lifting himself up of my lap and sitting at the edge of the sofa, running his fingers through the roots of his inky raven hair.

For a moment, I watched him; I noticed that he had three moles on the left side of his face long his jaw and cheek, his impossibly dark long lashes flit over his cheekbones, and his cobalt emerald eyes shined with sleep - How could this guy be so...enchanting? Too bad that he was already claimed and possibly loved.

A light chuckle snapped me out of my daze, I shake my head to find Jughead staring back at me, "I thought you were done staring?" He smirked triumphantly.

Scrunching my eyebrows together as a light crimson flush ungracefully misted over my cheeks, I laugh nervously, "Ha ha - " I say sarcastically, "I'm going to get ready for school, are you coming?" I asked him as I stood up stretching towards my room.

He raised his arms above his head stretching them, "Yeah - " He brought his left wrist down to check his watch, "But, it like almost 5am..."He raised an eyebrow, "It's a bit early don't ya' think?" Jughead said heading towards his room and entered it leaving the door wide open.

I was ready within minutes, in my dark gray hoodie and mom jeans...don't judge me, they're comfortable. When I exited my room, I was welcome to a bare chested Jughead lifting a dark navy t-shirt over his head. His chest was sculpted, and his core was strongly defined. To be honest, I did not expect myself to feel these things, but I did - his tousled locks fell over to the side as his head popped out of the t-shirt.

I didn't realise that I was staring; neither did I realise he was all ready with his beanie tightly covering his mop of black locks, until I heard him clearing his throat, "Y-Yeah?" I blinked rapidly for a second and finally met his eyes - lets hope he doesn't know what I was imagining just seconds ago...
