Andy pushed the blankets off of herself and climbed out of bed.

She made her way from the bedroom to the living room, where Eliot was. Sleeping wasn't easy right now, especially with all the thoughts swarming and clouding Andy's mind. So she decided that seeing if Eliot was asleep would be a good idea.

She approached the sofa from behind and placed her hands on the back of it. Eliot was on his back facing her, his eyes closed.

"Damn it." She cursed quietly under her breath and turned to go back to bed.

"What's wrong?"

"I thought you were asleep." She turned back around and leaned against the sofa. Eliot opened his eyes and shook his head gently.

"Can't sleep when you're walking around."

"I'm not even making any noises."

"I heard you. You should be sleeping."

Andy shrugged her shoulders and crossed her arms, suddenly feeling like her large long sleeve shirt was maybe too big for her. It hung off of one shoulder and revealed her red lace bra just a bit. Red lace was her weakness and she loved the way it looked on herself.

"Can't sleep with everything that's going on." She muttered.

"What were you coming out here to do?"

"Maybe lay down with you if you weren't sleeping." A sly smile found its way to Andy's lips, which for once weren't bright or dark red and instead, they were a natural pink color.

"On this tiny thing?" Eliot gestured to the sofa he was sprawled out on and taking up nearly every inch of.

Andy nodded her head and bit her bottom lip. She was teasing him, trying to play any card she could so that he would let her cuddle with him.

"Don't you wanna move to the bed—,"

"No." Andy shook her head, receiving all the confirmation she needed before she moved to climb over the back of the sofa. As she was settling herself down on top of Eliot, her knee slipped and accidentally hit his groin, causing Eliot to grunt and reflexively grip her arm

"Sorry. Sorry. Sorry." Andy did her best to not laugh as she worked on getting comfortable.

She settled with her head on his chest, her ear pressed against the space just above his heart. Her legs made their way between his and Andy practically melted into his touch when his arms came up to wrap around her.

In all honesty, she was exhausted. She just wanted a little sleep. Her eyelids began to shut and Eliot watched as she started to fall asleep.

"Thought you said you couldn't sleep." He teased softly.

"Well.... not by myself." Andy smiled softly, her eyes still shut.

"What are you worried about?"

She peaked at Eliot through squinted eyes and saw that he was watching her.

"What do you mean?"

"You're holding on to me pretty tight."

Eliot meant the way Andy's hand gripped his bicep like there was no tomorrow.

"It's dad."

"Call him if you're that worried." Eliot picked up his phone that was on the coffee stand and checked the time. "It's about 6:30 in DC. Think he's awake?"

"He was probably awake an hour and a half ago." Andy sighed. "I'll be back. Don't move."

Eliot grunted as Andy got off of him with little sympathy as to where her hands and knees were hitting and went to retrieve her phone.
