The Leverage team had been back in Portland for three weeks.
Andy was currently sitting on the sofa in hers and Eliot's new apartment waiting for him to return with food. She was chewing anxiously on her lip as she flipped through a pregnancy magazine. She didn't know when to tell Eliot but she really did want him to know. Her belly was growing and she was beginning to show a lot more than before. She didn't want to hide it from him for too long because she wanted him to be able to have a chance at experiencing the pregnancy too.
The magazine was placed on the coffee table and Andy picked up her phone. She hadn't heard from Scott since the day he wanted them to have lunch. She wasn't sure if that was a good thing or if it was bad. Andy put her phone down and brushed her hand over her belly.
"I don't know what to do, baby." She whispered.
"I'm back!" Eliot called out as he entered through the front door. Andy jumped to her feet and hid the magazine with a pillow. Eliot stopped in the kitchen and watched her. "What were you doing?"
"Nothing. Nothing." Andy shook her head, brushing her hair back and looking around anxiously. "I think we should go out tonight."
"You literally just sent me to go get Chinese, Andy." He gestured to the two bags of food on the island counter. It smelled delicious but Andy wanted to tell him about the baby.
"Yeah.... But I want to go out." She moved towards him. Her hands took his and she held them tightly. "Please? We can save the Chinese food for later. It would be a great midnight snack."
Eliot sighed heavily and rolled his eyes at her.
"Fine. Where do you want to go?"
"Yay! Thank you so much, babe." She leaned in and kissed his cheek before going to retrieve her phone. "I was thinking that...."
Andy trailed off as she gazed down at her phone. It was Scott.

<"I think we need to get together and catch up on a few things.">"Andy? Is everything okay?" Eliot asked her. She looked scared with whatever it was that she was reading.
"I'm...." Andy shook her head. What if he knew about the baby? What would he do? Surely he wouldn't hurt an innocent child. But then again, he did shoot me twice and he claimed to love me. "I'm pregnant, Eliot."
"You're what now?" Eliot crinkled his brows together as he took a few steps towards her.
"I'm pregnant." Andy lifted her head to meet his gaze. "Eliot, I'm pregnant."
The hitter's eyes widened and he put his hand on one of the counters in the kitchen to make sure he would stay standing. His free hand came up to cover his mouth.
"How?"
Andy's eyes widened as she looked at him.
"Well I think you know how, Eliot. You're the one who has the—,"
"No! No! No! I mean how in the hell are you pregnant, Andy? We used a condom every time." He sounded a little on edge and almost scared but she translated his tone to one of anger.
"I'm sorry, Eliot." She whispered as she sat down on the edge of the sofa. Tears sprung out of nowhere and ran down her cheeks. "I-I knew you'd be upset and I—,"
"Whoa, whoa, whoa. I'm not upset, Andy." Eliot quickly moved to kneel down in front of her on one knee. "I am not upset with you at all, sweetheart. I'm just-I'm a little shocked. I mean, we were careful."
"Obviously not." Andy muttered as she wiped her cheeks. "And we do get a little rough sometimes."
"Is that why you've been acting weird since we went to Arizona?"
