" so you two were eavesdropping " dad says sitting in front of me and Anya. When we entered the meeting room and dad saw us Evan and Adrian had us sit in front of dad who was mostly shocked, and starring at Anya meant that he was mostly shocked that she was here. And expected me to be alone. " yeah we were " I say, might as well be honest. " And you heard? " dad asks, " the fact that uncle trail is in two days and you were thinking about letting the two that were beat up or tortured by him go his trial? Then yeah we heard " I say. that was kinda blunt, and rude. Get used to it sister. " I didn't want you to have a panic attack again. " dad says putting his rad on his hands. " I can handle it dad. I am not a child. I am eighteen which means your also not the boss of me. " I tell him, " and I'm hurt you wouldn't at least have told Anya. If anyone was to know it's her " I say. And it was true. Anya was tortured, she hadn't even known uncle last big and he betrayed her. He works for the guy whose trying to kidnap her. I completely understand her she's a healer she could heal his men from battle, but me?! Why me?! " I'm sorry Anya. But I was gonna tell you too I had decided I would, but then you two came through the door. " dad says. " well sorry we were suspicious! After all you didn't tell us what the meeting was about. Usually you do! " I exclaim and stand up from my chair kicking it back. " Sophie " Anya whispers. " you tell me to be more open we'll you should listen to your own advice " I tell, fear. I freeze. I look at Anya and she has tears in her eyes. Stop Sophie. I stop. I sit back down and cross my arms over my chest and look to the floor. " I understand Sophia. Your hurt like I was when you didn't tell me what happened when your sister and you were attacked at the mall. " dad says, " but I didn't want you to have a panic attack " dad says. I hear a chair move out. " and I didn't want you to freak " I whisper, " I'm sorry " dad crouches in front of me. " me too " I say, Awwww!! " Anya be quiet " I tell her. she just giggles, and Evan and Adrian chuckle. " shut it " me and dad yell at Evan and Adrian. " god you too look and are a lot alike. And Anya is like and looks like her mother " Evan says, I smile at Anya. She is like mom. " Well. I'm gonna go pack for the trip. " I say and take Anya arm and we leave the meeting room.
