CHAPTER TWENTY

Serif sits in front of me. The man behind it all, my uncle being in prison, my sisters life being at stake. " Boris. " serif says to the guy holding me. So his name is Boris! What kind of name is that. Boris lets go of my arm and goes to serif. " Sit the Aminev and the human down " serif orders. They drag Adrian and Carson flumsy selves since they can't move! And sit them down. "Please your majesty. Sit " serif says, he's trying to the seat beside him. I slowly walk over and sit down three chairs away from him. He smirks. " So your majesty. Those features be kids sure do like to meddle. I was expecting you to be with them the first time they came here. But you weren't so I didn't bother sending my men out " serif says, as a human women, with blood dripping down her neck, and her in a maid outfit, which showed way to much skin, came over with a wine bottle and poured it into a glass. Serif takes the cup of wine and swishes it around carefully. " It's not wine " he says. Adrian head lifted. He was finally gaining control trip again. " You actually. Paralyzed me " Adrian says through gritted teeth. " well your lege you are known to be a fighter. And unlike that of the human I just wanted some fun with him. " serif smirks. I glare at him for talking to Carson like that. " I must say. I can't believe that Sophia you fell for a human, when a immortal vampire royal by the way, and devilishly handsome, was in love with you and would've done anything for you. Still would! " serif says. Adrian glared at serif. " you've been spying on me?! " I say, " ever since you arrived at the academy I knew you weren't like the others. " serif says, " your stronger, you powers are more powerful. You've died twice! Now " serif says as he stands. " Like your aunt very beautiful " He says as he cleans my chin and brings it close to him. " And so..very..sexy " he says. I glare at him. " No one wonder Adrian would love you " he says as he lets go of my chin. " But Adrian. You've risked so much for her and she hasn't even fallen for you once " serif says as he goes to Adrian. He picked up his glass of blood and walks to Adrain. He puts the cup to Adrian mouth and makes him drink it. After he drank the whole cup serif brought it away. " is it sweeter then Sophia blood " Serif asks, " No " Adrian says, as he turns to me. My eyes widen and breath gets rapid. Adrian eyes were red. He was more pale. " what did- " I gasp, I feel hands on my shoulders. " The blood had a special chemical in it I made for when Adrian arrived. " serif says, " you see I love vampires. We're more advanced then Ware wolves and Adrian is a special one. " serif says. " So when I saw him here I..well I want him to join me. Adrian is now evil, and my second in command " serif says. " Adrian " I whisper, as I stand up. Adrian stalks towards me, when red lights started flashing. ' PRISONERS ESCAPED' someone yells. I smile. I take a big breath and breathe out, a powerful wind blows making Adrian and serif go flying. Carson stands and we run out of the room. Carson was faking you idiots! I gave him something before we came here just in case. We run down the hallway to run into Jackson, and the others. " where's Adrian " Jackson asks, " serif controlled him. We gotta get you guys out of here " I say and we run down the hallways. Men come at us. I climb the walls and flip onto them. I use my fire and cast the fire on them. There clothes catch on fire and they start freaking out. It was funny! We continue down the hallway. Carson grabs his swords and attacks the next two. But when the oldest of those two from the attack at the museum attacks him. I lunge. But Carson sword ran through himself. I freeze. Carson stares at the sword in him, then at the guy. The guys pulls the sword out and Carson lifeless body falls to the stone floor. I..I..I look up at his killer. The youngest of the two arrive and stare at Carson then at me and smirk. Carson was killed. He's dead..he was killed in cold blood. I look up the two. My fire took over. " AHHH" I scream and attack them. I grab Carson other sword and attack them with it. I stab the youngest in the heart and catch the sword on fire. The youngest screams then falls to the ground dead. The oldest looks at me. " You killed CARSON ! " I yell as I attack him and stab him. I grab him and push him to the ground and catch him on fire. He screams. I stab the sword multiple times into his heart. " Sophia " I'm stopped by someone grabbing my arm. I turn to see Jackson. " there dead " He tells me. I look at the two, then at Carson. I run to him and fall beside him. What was Emily gonna do? How was I gonna tell her? I let the tears comes out. Carson...I sob into his chest. Carson was dead. A great friend. Warrior..I cry and cry. " CARSON! " I yell, in despair. " Sophie we need to go " Jackson says. " i can't..I can't leave him " I cry, " Sophie " Jackson says. " GO " I yell. Jackson stares. Jackson runs down the hallway. I grab Carson and hold my sword ready if someone comes to attack us. When I hear footsteps. Loud footsteps of people running. When people storm in, I grip my sword tighter. " stay back " I growl, my eyes were locked by the tears. " she did that " someone says as they approach more. " STAY BACK " I yell holding my sword powerfully. " Sweaty" Dad. I look to see my father. He comes to me. " Daddy " I whisper. He brings me into a hug. " He's dead! " I cry, and let the tears flow. Dad rubs my back. " How.." someone whispers. " Cone on sweaty  " dad says. " I can't leave Carson. I can't leave him " I cry. " He's safe now " dad tells me, " He's safe. You've kept him safe " dad tells me. I cry harder. " come on " dad lifts me up into his arms and carries me away.
