Chapter 15

A/N:

It's been so long since I updated this story, I've been too busy with school, now that school's over I'll go back to updating like I did before. This chapter is unedited so there's a lot of mistakes probably, so bare with me. I'm working on finishing this story soon, there's only like 2/3 more chapters left, so keep out for that. Without any further adieu here's Chapter 15.

"He was fucking there!" Jimin frustrated, chucked his jacket to his desk.

"Calm it Park!" Their Captain warned him, to keep it in check. Taehyung and Jimin went to back to the precinct under their Captain's command.

"Sir! I got his address!" Yoongi yelled as he pulled up the records of Kim Minsoo.

"Last known address is this." Yoongi pointed to his computer screen.

"Everyone gear up!" Namjoon commanded to the squad. Immediately everyone geared up and got ready to raid the last known address for Kim Minsoo

"I always thought you were special," Minsoo sank in his chair disappointed. He went from being condescending to discouraged within seconds, it freaked Seulgi out. There was definitely something wrong with this guy.

"All you had to do was not slip back into trouble and wait for me." His voice was laced with venom. "But no! You didn't wait for me! You didn't do it instead you chose to sleep with that lousy coworker of yours!"

"I... I..." Seulgi opened her mouth to speak but nothing but pointless words came out.

"Save it. I saw you and your lover." His voice twisted when he mentioned 'lover'. "I was in the house when you did it." He was shaking in anger

"He's not my lover. It was a one time thing." Minsoo put his hand on her. Gripping her jaw tight making it hard for her to talk. "We're not together I swear." Seulgi struggled to get the words out. Partly because of Minsoo's grip and partly because it was hard for her to admit that. With everything that has happened between her and Jimin, truth remains they aren't together.

"You're right. You're not together." He let go of her. Walking away from her to the other side of the room. "You won't be together now." He turned back to her with small knife in hand. Smiling wickedly he pierced her with the knife over and over again.

"Negative!"

"Negative!"

"There no one here! They're not here." Jimin said in his radio before putting a gaping hole on the master bedroom wall. The last known address turned out to be a clinic/house of Kim Minsoo.

"Someone has another lead!" Jin came in the scene frantically telling g the squad. Another address turned up in the background check of the guy, an old family house a few minutes out of Seoul

"Let's go," Jimin rushed out the house followed by the entire squad.

Rushing to position to raid the Kim family house. Jimin and Namjoon were the first ones to go in. Running up the stairs the two reached a bolted room. After screaming for someone to unbolt the door and open it. The scene inside shocked the raid team.

Pictures of Seulgi, from different times. Even pictures from her childhood.

"Fucking psycho." The Captain muttered under his breath as he glance at the slideshow of more of Seulgi's pictures playing.

"Cap.." Jimin's faint voice brought the Captain's attention to another computer screen. Namjoon's grip of his automatic tightened when he saw the screen. It was a live stream of his detective.

Seulgi was all alone. Red blot forming in her shirt. She was obviously unconscious. Rage rushed through both the guys. Minsoo had left Seulgi alone in a room to bleed to death.

"Where the fuck is this room," Jimin teared his eyes away front he screen, running his fingers through his hair. He couldn't get the image of her out of his head. He felt guilty and angry and other things he couldn't describe

"Yoongi get in here quick!" The Captain radioed the best computer guy they had. If anyone could find who was live streaming this it will be Min Yoongi

"Holy f—" Yoongi immediately sat down in front of the computer and began pounding away with the keys. "I can't find him," He muttered after a few minutes.

"Don't tell me that detective. Find me that feed!" The Captain yelled at him.

"Shit!" Yoongi said making the two focus in on him once more. The three men watched as a dark figure move towards the unconscious Seulgi.

"I can't —" Yoongi's words was cut short. The computer screen flashed an address. "She's here." His voice was small and soft. Jimin ran out the room and began to break open every door that hasn't been open by the raid team.

"Freeze!" Jimin pointed his automatic to the dark figure looming around the tied Seulgi. "Turn around slowly!" He instructed the figure as the rest of the squad poured in the room. Joy immediately ran to Seulgi after seeing the rest were hold the guy at gun point. She quickly untied Seulgi and looked to her Captain asking for help.

"Park go." Jimin didn't move at first the figure was kneeling as Taehyung walked closer to him to handcuff him. It wasn't until  Jimin heard a soft grunt from the wounded detective did he ran to her aid. Scooping her into his arms, he held Seulgi's weak figure out to room.

"What the fuck!?!?" Jimin didn't miss Taehyung's voice. He shot his sister a look, Joy nodded and head back to the room.

"Ji..min.." He didn't miss the soft voice Seulgi let out.

"I'm here baby." He whispered bringing her closer to him

"I.. I... knew... you'd... find... me..." Jimin felt Seulgi's hand move to his chest, slightly tapping him. The ambulance was waiting for them. When Jimin reached the outside the gurney was instantly brought to them

"Everything's gonna be okay." Jimin kissed the top of her head as he lay her fragile body down. Jimin felt Seulgi's hand grip his bulletproof vest. Her eyes pleading him to not let go. "I'm right here baby," Jimin took her hand, bringing it to his lips for a soft kiss. He moved with the medical team into the ambulance.

"Put the gun down!" Namjoon stared off the unhinged man holding a gun to Taehyung's head. "No one else needs to get hurt."

"You think I'm that stupid?" Minsoo smirked piercing the gun's barrel harder into Taehyung's temple. Taehyung winced at the contact.

Namjoon's eyes passed the unhinged man, landing on his female detective slowly entering back the room. Namjoon's gaze flickered to the rest of the squad before going back to Minsoo

"Question is how many of you guys can I take before I die,"

"None." Joy's voice was firm as she pointed her gun right behind Minsoo's head. "Drop it or I blow your head up." Joy's voice was still firm, demanding, menacing.

Much to the whole squad's surprise Minsoo laughed. "Wrong,"

Two gun shots erupted in the room
