:Eliza's POV:
Honestly, Eliza couldn't get her mind off Maria. She hated herself for that. That morning she had literally gone over to Maria's house to yell at her, now she had the beginning of a small crush.

'I could always call my sisters and see what they think,' Eliza suggested to herself. Though... they probably wouldn't understand. She knew it sounded emo, and she loved her sisters, but she couldn't rely on her sisters for everything.

Eliza thought more as she pulled into her apartment complexes driveway, and walked into her apartment. 'What if it's just a rebound from Alex...'

No, Eliza didn't want to think about Alex. She decided to give it a few days maybe, and see how she felt then.

:Maria's POV:
'Eliza Schuyler doesn't hate me,' Maria had a fairly average day after lunch with Eliza, but was in a good mood the rest of the day.

Eliza was beautiful, and sweet. Overall a great person. Maria didn't try to hangout with the wrong crowd... it was like it followed her around, and it wasn't very often she'd meet someone like Eliza.

She spent most of the day cleaning and just hanging out in her apartment.

Although mentally Maria felt she could run a marathon, her body and brain had different plans. She eventually fell asleep at nine.

Maria yawned and stared up at the ceiling for a good... ten minutes, before reaching for her phone.

She checked her messages, she had forgotten to at Eliza's phone number yesterday. She sleepily stood up and made her way to the kitchen where she'd left the small slip of paper Eliza had given her. She typed in her number, it was already eight so Maria decided to message her.

:Eliza's POV:
Eliza was playing on her phone when she got a text.

New message: 8:24

Unknown context: Hi! It's Maria!

Eliza smiled as she read the text and quickly changed Maria's name on her phone to: 'Maria Lewis💕'

ElizaSchulyer: Oh! Hi Maria :)

Maria Lewis💕: Cool, i didn't get the wrong number, anyways, just wanted to make sure it was you!

ElizaSchulyer: Yep, it's me. Anyways, I don't have work because it's Sunday :D so would you like to hang out?

Eliza bit her lip and waited for a response, hoping she didn't sound to desperate or weird.

MariaLewis💕: Aw... sorry, I've got work today ;-; I wish I could, maybe thus week we could go out for dinner ;)

Eliza's heart skipped a beat.

MariaLewis💕: *:) sorry

Oh well... she wasn't surprised.

ElizaSchulyer: Okay, I'll see you then, bye!

MariaLewis: Bye!

Eliza sighed, she couldn't complain. At least there was a strong possibility she'd see Maria again.
