Chapter 6

Y/N
"So how are you feeling patient?" You entered room #308, Suga's room.
"Uh... I wanted to see Kim Taehyung." Suga groaned when he saw you enter.
"As much of a ass you were on that date we had few days ago, I still saved your life yesterday. Not even a thank you?" You scoffed while looking through the folder that held information about Suga.
He didn't reply and instead looked out the window that covered the whole wall to his right.
"I wouldn't have saved you if I knew you were going to be such a jerk again." You murmured aloud intentionally so he could hear.
"Fine. You stubborn doctor. Thanks for saving me. Funny how we met again." Suga said, still avoiding to face you.
"Anyway you need to tell me how you feel. I need to record your symptoms. It'll help me know if your surgery was a success or only another irritation to your health. And you won't be able to meet Dr. Kim because he won't be in today. He called in, saying how he had to take care of business elsewhere." You stated as you got closer to his bed.
"Will I be able to see Taehyung tomorrow then?" Suga asked hopefully.
"Why do you want to meet Dr.Kim so badly? And stop calling Dr. Kim by his name; it's not like you're close to him-"
"Dr. Y/L/N, don't think that you know everything about me." Suga smirked while looking over at you finally.
You met eye contact with him, losing yourself in his eyes. Melting like the first time you saw him.
"Because you don't even know the basics." A playful smirk lit up once again as you snapped back to yourself.
"Mr. Suga, I really do not know much about you and I don't think I would care to know more." You snapped while clicking your heels and turning around. "Glad to know that you're at least doing fine after the surgery, knowing that your sarcastic demeanor is still the same."
"Hold up Dr. Y/L/N. Let's make a deal."
"I don't make deals if they aren't worth anything important or worth my time."
"Oh- well this is your lucky day. I have a deal, and I know it's going to intrigue you very much."

It was 10 PM.
You paced back and forth in front of Dr. Park's office, waiting for Iseul to come out so you guys could head home for the day.
You knocked on the door constantly, every few minutes, for it had already been 30 minutes since you had waited for their "important" talk to end.
Finally the door slightly opened to reveal Iseul's face popping out.
"Hey... I think you should head home first. It's going to take a little more time than I thought." She showed an innocent smile as you shrugged it off in annoyance and stormed your way out of the hospital.
"Pft. She could've told me that 30 minutes earlier. Then I wouldn't have waited, pacing back and forth like a lunatic for a whole half an hour." You snorted holding a grudge.
You knew she was going to take forever. Then why'd you wait for her? Why'd you pace back and forth like a lunatic when no one ever told you to do so? Voices rang in your head as if it was playing games with you, bickering with you about your own actions.
"I'm going crazy~." You groaned while grasping tightly onto the handles of your bag.
When you were just about to exit the hospital driveway, someone abruptly grasped your wrists, surprising the hell out of you.
You gasped and turned around to see a patient standing under the moonlight, Suga again.
You exhaled the air you had been holding in, which you didn't even realize until now.
"Why are you out here at this time? You're not fully healed yet." You said to Suga scowling.
"Speak about yourself woman, and why a scowl?" He said calmly while staring at you.
"I-... I'm not in such a good mood." You finally let out sounding defeated.
"Tired?"
"That too."
"Here. Let's go to the garden behind the hospital." Suga started to drag his wheelchair along when you stopped in your tracks.
"Umm... patient Suga, you're the one who reminded me of how dangerous it was to be out alone at this time, after I reminded you, so shouldn't I be heading home?" You asked raising one eyebrow and pointing towards the sidewalk.
Sadly, you and Iseul had come together in one car, Iseul's car, so you had to walk home.
"Exactly. Dangerous alone for a woman like you. So you can stay with me." A faint smile lit up on his face as you looked at him in confusion.
Ok honey smoooooth like a snake. I don't like it.
"What's puzzling you? It's written all across your face." Suga said already head turned.
"The fact that you're suddenly so nice to me. Just few days ago you were a jerkass, stealing my custom made watch, causing crime as a hobby, talking about how bad our match was, and just leaving me... dumping me 30 minutes in."
"Guess I had a change in heart after knowing that you saved my ass this morning." He showed another smirk which you wanted to rip off and run away with.
"So let's go to the garden~." He groaned like a child.
"No. It's too late and it's going to be even more dangerous if I go home later."
"Uhhh~. Doctor you're so stubborn." He came closer as I jerked back at his action.
"What are you doing?"
He took your hands and placed them on the his wheelchair handles.
"Now push my minion. Bring me to the garden."
"I was wondering where the old you were."
