It's been days since the last time you had visited your patient. Let alone, go to the hospital for work. You had called in sick, for you actually were feeling a little dizzy and coughing a lot these days.

Iseul took care of you while you guys didn't speak of what had happened in her office ever since that day.

"Suga misses you. He says he's never thought that a day would come where he had to say that phrase." Iseul chuckled as she carried a tray with porridge into our room.

"When you go to work later on today, tell him that I'll come.... in two days or so, but I can't make promises." You coughed.

"It's funny how I'm a doctor and I'm trying my best to heal you, yet nothing's working." Iseul seemed frustrated for a while now.

"Well, I do have a poor immune system if you don't remember from med. school. It's not going to kill me so don't worry about it." You chuckled in a groggy voice, sitting up straight and placing the tray on your lap.

"I gotta go to work now. I'll see you later. Take care." She left leaving you alone in the dull room.

Taehyung walked into Suga's room, taking your place for the fourth time now.

"She still hasn't returned." Suga sighed while prying open of a snack bag.

"How'd you get your hands on that? It's unhealthy and bad for patients, so nurses would never hand them out." Taehyung sneered while checking Suga's medical state.

"My talent you know. Anyways Tae, when am I ever getting discharged?"

"I have no idea. I don't have a clue of why you're still a patient in this hospital. Your medical records in this file doesn't have any information of long term medical conditions that Dr. Y/L/N needs to take care of. But even if I try to protest, Dr. Park and Iseul makes you stay here, for who knows why?" Kicking his heals and turning around to leave, Taehyung slammed open the patient door.

"Back to the snack topic. Your talent you said? Some talent that is." Taehyung scoffed before slamming the door close.

"Dr. Kim, you think you know everything, but you need to look deeper into things... so called doctor." Suga chuckled in annoyed amusement as he watched out at the cherry blossoms that were blossoming in full bloom, gently drifting down to the ground.

Few days later:

You walked in, finally after a week and a half away from work, you felt completely better.

"It's been a while Y/N!" Iseul and Dr. Park greeted while sprinting down from the hallway.

"Nice to see that everyone has been doing great!" You exclaimed while Taehyung also joined in.

"I gotta quickly go. It's been a while since my last visit to my patient." You avoided everyone, sprinting down to Suga's room.

As you entered, you weren't greeted with the sweet lump of sugar that had always brightened your day every morning at 9 AM.

"Where could he be this early in the morning?" You mumbled to yourself heading outside to the garden but eventually not finding him there either.

You continued your search, by accidentally bumping into Dr. Park as he was heading out of his office.

"Oh hey doctor. Do you perhaps know where my patient Suga has gone?" You questioned stopping him.

"I haven't seen him around since morning. Guess that troublesome patient is missing again." He shrugged while leaving.

"Okay... thanks for the help." You groaned while running your hand through your hair.

You went back to your office to rest and think before contacting the other doctors and nurses.

As you entered, something on Iseul's desk had caught your attention. A patient's file. You thought it was nothing, just shrugging it off when you suddenly realized the name written across the tab, Min Yoongi.

It's the guy that stole Taehyung's only medication to heal his illness. Shit... Dr. Kim was right. He is in the hospital.

Your eyes widened in shock and curiosity as you checked to see if anyone was coming inside the office. After finding that the coast was clear, you seated yourself at Iseul's desk and flipped open the file.

The first page was written about his medical condition.

Min Yoongi:

Age: 24

Sex: Male

Date of last examination: 5/22/17

You skimmed down to the part that told of his medical conditions and the reason for why he was here.

Medical Condition:

Medical illness. Symptoms include frequent syncope, fatigue, and myasthenia. As its symptoms are shared with many other conditions, it can not be accurately diagnosed. It is often treated with surgical procedures, which only increases the patient's limited days. Condition will lead to inevitable patient fatality.

You sighed reading this, feeling pity overwhelm you in sorrow. "Dr. Kim seemed to have been going through a tough time with his condition, but it seems like this patient isn't going through any better."

You got up to stretch while closing the file and walked over to your desk. Fortunately, Iseul came at just the right time as you stood next to your desk.

"Hey Y/N. I'm going to fetch some things for Dr. Park. It's going to take a while so if I don't come during lunch break, eat without me."

"Not like I was going to wait for you anyways." You jokingly said while giggling as Iseul frowned while smirking.

"See ya."

"WAIT! I noticed the file on your desk. You have the patient.... Yoongi? Taehyung's-"

"Mhm. Don't look through it. Patient confidentiality." Iseul formed her lips in a line while placing her hands on the doorknob.

"Can I meet him one day?" You asked with a little bit of hope.

"Maybe..."

When she left, you returned back to her desk, trying to look at the file more when something else caught your attention.

Kim Taehyung.
