The sunlight bathed the room in brilliant, yet, golden light, making the wallpaper shimmer before Ana's eyes. The wallpaper, in its grayish blue tone, had a large oak tree sprawling in the middle of the wall. Orange and gold leaves on its many branches stood out as if it was a fall day with slight wind blowing the leaves off the branches drifting to the ground. What was more interest was the gold bird cage off of the limbs.

There was a yellow canary sitting on the swing, sad and lonely, looking back at Ana.the thought of the caged bird made Ana shiver. I'm the caged bird now. She'd been. Locked in one room all night long, only the food that the main had brought her. There was no other human contact. Was this the way my life was going to be now?

Looking around the room, Ana noticed how simple and glossy the whit furniture had been. It felt manly but the wall paper some how made it more feminine.

Three large windows were concealed behind gauzy white drapes. Minimal furniture made up the room with a make-up table, a bed and two nightstands against the wallpaper wall, a row of closets, and a dresser. It was too clean, too sterile. Did anyone ever say in this room? Even the bathroom was the same.

Where was Christian? Ana asked herself as she paced back and forth. He should be here by now.

Being cooped up in the room was driving Ana crazy. She crossed over to the closest, reached for the handled, and pulled it up. Dresses of all kind lined the closest. They were soft and silky to the touch. Temped, Ana reached out to a soft pink slip dress, grabbed the hanger, and pulled it out. She turned toward the mirror on the door and put it up to her. It was beautiful and elegant. Princess. I look like a princess. Hair up with wisps of hair framing my face. A strand of pearls perched at my neck.

"Beautiful."

A nervous Ana hung the dress back in the closet and shut the door, on turning to face Jack, who must have been watching her as he leaned against the doorway admiring her.

"I thought you'd be more comfortable in here. It does have a bit more feminine taste than my playroom." Jack glanced at her lasciviously.

That look set shivers down Ana's spine that it made her literally shiver.

Jack stepped forward noticing her shiver and worriedly asked as he reached out to her, "Ade you on, my lovely."

My lovely? Ana step back away from him, wrapping her arms around herself. "What I'd like is for you to let me go."

"Oh, but I am sorry, I can't do that."

"It's not that you can't, but you won't." Ana turned her back on him and headed for the bathroom, slamming the door and locking it. The lamp on the nightstand shook for a moment and fell over, shattering the lightbulb into millions of pieces.

With a huff, Jack turned on his heel and headed out of the room, shutting the door, and locking her in.

The plane started jerk and the engine started to make a strange sound. Christian glanced out the window in time to see the engine push out black smoke. He knew they were going to navy to touch down somewhere. Probably in the middle of nowhere, making him and Ana farther away.

"What the fuck?" Christian said gripping the dash in of him.

"What did I teach you in a situation like this ?" Taylor glanced over at his former pupils he held tight to the yolk to keep control of the plane.

"Don't panicked."

"Right then," Taylor nodded. "We will have to land soon." He flipped the switch on the autopilot and reached for a map nearby, looking it over. "It looks like their might be a small one to land at." He set the map down and reached for the mic on the communication device.

Vaguely Christian heard Taylor requesting to land, but his mind is on Ana and getting to her and how far away where they? Where they going to need to rent another plane or drive? Or worse, take commercial. They'd never get there with all the layovers. They had to get to Ana soon. Christian didn't want to take anymore chances. He needed her more than he needed anyone in his life.

It was strange. Christian only knew Ana for a short time and he felt closer to her than his own family. Of course they didn't know everything about him. With his job, it was difficult to be honest with all of them. Reading Ana in on everything, it just felt right. It felt like he had the missing piece that made him whole.

"Christian..." Taylor called out to him. "Hey, we are gonna get your girl."

When Christian let his guard down, he was easy to read.

"I know." Christian turned everything out, concentrating on thoughts of Ana.

The plane made its decent carefully until the wheels met the ground with a sudden jerk and then the plane stopped. Taylor made his own out of the cockpit and out the hallway to the plug door, watching it open, and he walked down the steps. Christian followed with the duffle bags and guns.

The sun was slowly setting, leaving the sky in pinks, peach and orange colors. A dark sedan was waiting for them. When did Taylor request a car?

"It will take a few hours to get there," Taylor said walking over to a man who was waiting. He was a tall black man, dressed in black fatigues. His bald head was shinning on the light from the hanger behind him.

"Taylor, its good to see you." The black man said.

"Good to see you, Jackson." Taylor shook Jackson hand.

"Your car is gassed up and ready to go. There's a GPS in car should take you where you need to go." Jackson handed the keys over.

Pushing the key fob for the truck, it opened with a click. Christian placed the guns and the tote bag in the truck and closed it. He and Taylor got into the car with Jackson getting in the back.

"Ready?" Taylor asked, pushing the engine button. The car started with a quiet hum.

Punching in the address in the GPS, Christian nodded, and Taylor headed off towards Seattle to go get Ana.
