The Circus Girl

Chapter 24

Ryan's pov

I was walking down the footpath, my hands in my pockets as the moon shined brightly. I couldn't stop thinking of Chloe, this wasn't meant to happen.

"Ryan" a voice said from being me, I turn around and roll my eyes when I see David. I turn my back to him and continue walking, they hurt Chloe. They hurt belle.

"Let me explain" he says following after me, I scoff as I continue to walk

"You hurt my girlfriend plus killed her horse!" I yell turning to face him, calling Chloe my girlfriend felt really nice.

"Yeah I kno..." before he could finish his sentence I threw a punch at his face. Landing right on his nose, he stumbles back a bit holding his nose

"Fuck, I came to apologise!" He yelled making me roll my eyes as I start walking again, shoving my hands back in my pockets.

"Okay, yeah I can't change what we've done but I'm apologising" he says following me as he wipes the blood away from his nose

"Fuck off, your apology doesn't mean anything. Never will" I stop and turn to face him "if you even step foot near their circus again. I'll call the police. Have you's Charged with attempted murder as you's purposefully Hurt Chloe. Oh and I'll add in animal abuse. I suggest you leave and don't come back" I threaten before waking back towards the hospital, he better take my advice. Otherwise I will, I'll call the police.

Once I got back to the hospital I seen no one was in the waiting room, has she woken up? I walked over to the desk and they told me Chloe's woken up and what room she was in.

I find Chloe's room with no problem, when I walk in I see everyone talking, Chloe has a white plaster around her left arm.

"Hey" Chloe says noticing me before anyone else, I really thought I lost her. I bite my bottom lip as everyone looks at me, I had to look away. I felt like crying which was stupid.

"Can we have a minute?" Chloe asks, everyone nods before leaving. Chloe taps the bed with her right hand monitoring me to sit down.

I walk over and sit down on the bed but facing her, my eyes go to her arm. It was clear it was broken.

"I thought I lost you" I say starting to cry, I was so afraid of losing her.

"Ry" she whispers taking my hand in her right hand "I'm okay" she says with a small smile. I lean down putting my head in her lap, I feel her hand playing with my hair

"Our story has just begun, I'm not going anywhere" she tells me, I nod as I sit up wiping my eyes

"You okay?" I ask, she nods she was right though. Our story has just begun.

"Yeah, plastered for 6 weeks though" she says referring to her arm, I sigh. She won't be able to preform like that.

"How long till you can preform again?" I ask

"8 weeks, they want me to be careful with my arm once it's out of plaster for a bit" she says sadly making me nod

"No more trapeze, do you understand me" I tell her making her laugh. A smile forming on my lips

"Try and stop me" she teases, I shake my head and start tickling her. Careful of her broken arm. After a while of her giggling and trying to push me away with one arm I stop and move so I'm sitting beside her.

"Chloe" I whisper as I start playing with her right hand

"Mm" she hums softly as she watches me

"I love you" I whisper looking down at her hand, Chloe was so different. I loved it.

"I love you too" she whispers and that was all I needed to know.

years had passed and Chloe's parents had retired leaving Chloe the circus. Her parents where originally going to continue to travel with her but they wanted to see other countries where the circus didn't travel.

Chloe was more then excited for them, and has done an incredible job with this circus. She had brought more animals in making the circus more animals then anything. All have the best of care. Each time we are in the town belle died in Chloe has to go see her grave.

Dime took to another pony but we where all worried about her at first, she went through a bad stage when we first lost belle. Notice how I said 'we' we'll see the thing is I'm now half owner of the hosterman circus and Chloe is now my beautiful fiancée.

My whole family absolutely love Chloe, as much as I do. I walked into the tent where I seen Chloe helping the others with their trapeze act. Holly had left the circus last year to settle down with a guy. So we had a new girl, plus another new girl. Well she wasn't so new sense she took Chloe's spot 5 months ago. Chloe was helping the newest girl learn the routine with the help of Mitch and jack plus penny. Penny was the girl who took Chloe's place in the trapeze act.

"They look good" I say to Chloe as I look up seeing jack flying through the air with penny.

"Yeah, they do" she says as one hand rests on her round stomach, I smile as I place my hand over hers after facing her

"Not long now" I tell her making her smile

"Our family is growing" she whispers before kissing me softly

I hope this book was amazing to you guys and it has helped me so much not having to write for the time period of this book.
