"Wait 'till you see it guys! The Air Temple is one of the most beautiful places in the world!"Aang says excitedly to me and Katara .

I sit up from my sleeping bag and yawn . Sokka next to me is still sleeping .

I still can't believe I'm away from home and traveling with the Avatar to the North Pole!

"Aang I know you're excited, but it's been a hundred years since you've been home," Katara explains uncomfortably.

Shes right. Katara knows that there's no more airbenders. She can't tell him because she doesn't know how Aang will react to the news.

"That's why I'm so excited," Aang reply's with a wide smile.

"We know Aang ,it's just a lot can change in all that time," I cut in as I stand up and start to fold my sleeping bag.

"I know, but I need to see it for myself," Aang answers as he jumps down softly with his air bending from Appa.

Aang walks slowly towards Sokka who's still asleep. He gets right in Sokkas face .This is going to be good.

"Wake up Sokka! Air Temple here we come!" Aang yells with a smile.

Sokka wakes up rubbing his eyes and making grumpy noises.

"Uggh! Sleep now. Temple later," Sokka growls as he turns over in his sleeping bag.

"Sokka! Wake up! There's a prickle snake in your sleeping bag," Aang smirks grabbing a stick off the ground then moving it through Sokka's sleeping bag.

I laugh to myself. Sokka's going to be freaking out.

Sokka slowly opens one of his eyes and fear suddenly comes over his face.

"Ahh!Get it off!Get it off!" Sokka screams as he jumps up and starts hopping in his sleeping bag.

Katara starts giggling with me as Sokka falls over. His face begins to turn angry. After Sokka's done being mad we all load up on Appa.

Me and Sokka sits on the saddle while Katara and Aang are on top of Appas head. Aang pulls the reins to Appa and we are lifted into the sky.

It's so beautiful from up here and the air's so clear.

"Hey, stomach? Be quiet, all right? I am trying to find us some food," Sokka says rubbing his stomach as he grabs a bag and looks through it.

Sokka's such a child, he's fifteen and he acts like he's six.

Sokka pulls his hand out of the bag and looks surprised. Now he dumps the bag on the floor of the saddle. Little crumbs spill out .

"Hey! Who ate all of my blubbered seal jerky?!" Sokka asks like a child.

"Oh. That was food?" Aang asks surprised.

"Yes it was!" Sokka yells as he stands up.

"Sorry. I used it to start the campfire last night," Aang explains with a grin.

"You what?!" Sokka yells staring Aang down.

"No wonder the flames smelled so good..." Sokka frowns as he pouts and sits back down.

Me and Katara started giggling. Really Sokka.

"Look everyone!" Aang says getting off the subject as he points down.

Me and Sokka look over the side of the saddle and see a beautiful tall mountain range.

"The Patola Mountain range! We're almost there!" Aang explains excitedly.
