"I can't believe I lost him." I whisper as Sokka, Yue and Katara stand behind me and Aang is no where to be found. Nor is Zuko.

"You did everything you could." Katara kneels next to me placing he small hand on my shoulder.

"And now we need to do everything we can to get him back." Sokka nods walking to Appa with Yue. I look up with tears in my eyes and Katara helps me stand on my feet.

"Zuko couldn't have gotten far, we'll find him." my twin says determined and I almost believe him, but he didn't hear Zukos icy words that melted into my ear at our battle. He treated me like I was his prey but Aang was his prize.

"Your right, Zuko couldn't have in the North Pole." I sniffle controlling my emotions as Katara stays silent next to me on Appa. I can tell she missed Aang, they're close.

I hear Momo chatter and chirp as he stays in the warm grass looking around as Katara looks over Appa seeing the poor animal.

"It's alright, you stay here Momo, incase ash comes back." she smiles softly at him and sits down with Yue and I.

"Yip yip."

Zuko
I drag my feet in the cold snow that is up to my knees with the Avatar on my back, his tattoos glow and his body doesn't move. The wind bitterly hits my skin as I have from my nose and down covered and my hood over my ears like uncle said.

I don't know what to think as it felt like eternity of the miles and miles of snow and ice with nothing else. I should find a cave though, warm myself up rather then freeze to death.

Suddenly ice cracks under my feet and it continues to crack as I start to run with snow flung up behind me. I pant hard as I sprint trying to get clear of the ice breaking so I jump out of the way only to loose the Avatar and I fall into the snow with a grunt and tumble.

I looked behind me to see the icy snow to look like a canyon and where I jumped was the cliff. I look up panting and saw a cave in walkable distance.

"Shelter..." I breath picking myself up.

I walk in dragging the Avatar behind me as his skin is cold like mine. I drop him against the wall and begin tying his hands behind his back with his ankles together and tie his arms by his side.

"I finally have you, but I can't get you home because of this blizzard. There's always something. Not that you would understand." I rub my freezing hands together, trying to get warmth.

"You're like my sister. Everything always came easy to her. She's a firebending prodigy and everyone adores her. My father says she was born lucky. He's says I was lucky to be born."

"I don't need luck though. I don't want it. I've always had to struggle and fight and that's made me strong. It's made me who I am."

Nabu
I grunt as I fight with the Fire Nation and against the waterbenders. I feel cold water splash against me and I turn back seeing a waterbender.

I duck on my knees as he sends another blast of water and slices the next attack of a block of ice with my swords. I punch the soldier in a joint and four other pressures and watches the man attack me again with his bending but water is no longer at his command.

Fear strikes his eyes looking at me.

"My turn." I smirked and spin kick him in the chest.

I hear a child scream behind me as I see a little girl hugging a older woman while a Fire Nation soldier threatens them with a spear.
