The next morning on my way out the door, my mother informed me that I have lunch and after school detention for the next week. I didn't really mind the lunch detention because I don't like most of the people in the cafeteria, however the after school detentions take away from my tree-house time. I really want to start redecorating is soon, because I want to have it done before winter. I have to go through umpteen boxes of old items and scrub down the entire thing. On top of the tree-house, school, and the detentions I also have to go to work from 5pm-9pm three times a week on school nights and noon-5pm on Saturdays. I'm going to have to work my ass off for a while, but it will be worth it all in the end.

I left earlier for school then usual so that I could walk there. I didn't really want to talk to my sister yet because I knew she was still pissed about yesterday afternoon when I left her at school with no ride home. I was really nervous to go to school today because of Brad, but then again who wouldn't be? What I'm really worried about is Brad finding out that I'm Samantha not Liana and, anyone finding out about the Brad situation at all. I'm also a bit worried someone will find out about the whole tree-house thing.

I got to school before Jenna so I just got my stuff and went to class. I'll spare you the details because we basically did nothing in math and government. When I walked in to English I was attacked with a hug from Jenna, a tight hug. Try as I might I couldn't get out of her bone crushing grip.

"I'm so sorry about yesterday! I was just so proud of you, I still am proud of you. I just, I just don't know, I was overwhelmed with the fact you stood up for yourself, that I forgot about how me running my mouth would effect you," she said all in one breath. when she was done talking she held me at arms length and starred at me for a while.

        "It's okay, I'm okay. I promise," I reassured her.

"Good I thought you would hate me or something."

"How could I hate my only friend?" I teased her.

"Oh shut it, you know you love more then life it's self," she teased me right back.

"Of course I do, I mean come on I wouldn't know what I'd do without you." I missed this joking around without a care in the world, lately all we do is talk about how I could better myself and stuff like that, this was a refreshing break.

"So, just to make sure you don't die of Jenna deprivation, we're defiantly hanging out this weekend," she beamed at me.

" I would but I'm grounded for ditching yesterday, I'm sorry," I said with a small half smile.

"Aww, eww I hate being grounded, I'm sorry too. Welp we can't hang out, but we can chat on the phone, right?" Jenna asked with a hopeful expression.

"But of course, I don't think I could go a whole two days without talking to my dear, sweet Jenna," I said in a fake posh voice.

"I could say the same about you darling" she answered in a posh voice of her own.

The teacher then walked in and looked directly at me, " Well, it's nice to see you Ms.Geldom, I trust that there will be no out bursts from you today, correct?"

I looked him in the eyes and smiled a smile that oozed sarcasm, then in a sickly sweet voice I said,"Correct sir, I would never deliberately disrespect you two days in a row."

" Well then shall we get this lesson stared?" he asked his rhetorically.

About 30 minutes later Mr.Kenbic started a knew lecture,"Shakespeare, the greatest writer of perhaps ever."
