"I'll take the left, you deal with the guys on the right, then rendezvous outside on the top of that level of that building over there". I kissed him for good luck, and then I ran in towards the group of ninja, I slid in and swept under their legs, and ran back farther into the corridor. Once I had lured them into the corridor, I started to weave handsigns, I smirked, "LAVA STYLE: QUICKLIME," I coated the entrance in quicklime which hardened. "So," I asked "who's first?" One man lunged at me, but I grabbed his fist and pulled it towards the ground, I threw my knee up and it connected with his stomach, he dropped to the ground. Another one came after me, and so I decided that I would defeat my enemies quickly so that I could help out Mitsuki, I jumped out of the way of the masked ninja's attack. I perched up on the wall, and used "BOIL RELEASE:ACID FOG!" Immediately fog started to shoot out my mouth, soon the room was inundated with a thick fog, the men started to scream, and they dropped to the ground, their armor melting away, I lowered the ph so I didn't cause any permanent damage, but just enough to teach them a lesson. I ran over to the quicklime, and shoved my shoulder against it, it cracked and shattered and fell to the ground. I ran out, and punched through the window, I hopped out and ran up the side of the building and made it to our rendezvous spot. "What took ya so long?" Mitsuki said already at the top of the building. "Aw man I thought that I was gonna beat you," I said, annoyed that I wasn't able to take out all my opponents as fast as he was. "Anyways," he said. "We should probably head back to the land of tea, Konohamaru sensei and Inojin are probably worried sick about us. The mention of inojin's name made my heart sink. I didn't know how he would react when he saw that I was back with Mitsuki. I felt nervous. And Mitsuki could tell. "What's wrong?" He asked, walking closer to me. "Nothing,"
I responded quickly. "Maybe we should call ahead and tell them that we're on our way back," I lied. Why did I lie, Mitsuki trusted me, and I betrayed his trust.
