Will there be any hope for her, to get a normal life?
I haven't talked to Mr. Kogami sensei since that day. I know, this is no way of treating your teacher but I just don't want him to help me. I'm fine with the way the things are now.
"Okay, please work with your group now." As my mind was wandering off, every student (except of me) stood up, and are now forming groups with their tables. I slightly hung my head, knowing I'm left alone again. "Oh...Yuuki, it seems you have no group?" As I shook my head, I could hesr giggles coming from other students. "If that's so, do you mind working on your own?" The teacher asks. "No. ..." I replied, and turn my attention back to my books. In fact, I'm actually happy to work alone.
I feel someone watching from outside and look out of the window. I opened my eyes wide out of surprise. Standing there is Mr. Kogami looking over at me. He seemed surprised for me to suddenly look over at him. But it takes only seconds, and he smiles and waves happily at me.
Although I furrowed my brows, I still wave back. What's he doing? He carries a box. Probably for the school festival. He looks even more happy now that I waved back. I looked at my books again, when Mr. Kogami left.
It is lunch break, and I'm heading over to my new lunch break place. I found this place when some third years tried to pick a fight with me. It's nice and quiet out here. I can easily calm down, when I'm at this place. I opened my luch box, when I suddenly smelled smoke from a cigarrette. Huh...? I put away my lunch and head over the location the smoke came from. "...?!" I instinctively hid myself behind a bush, when I saw who's standing there.

Why is Mr. Kogami standing there?! I covered my mouth, to keep maself from shouting. I'm watching him smoking, still hiding behind the bush. Wait, why am I looking at him...? It's not weird to be smoking with no people around..! It's weird to watch people behind a bush! I'm like a stalker... I stood up to leave this place, but I accidently tripped on a branch. Shoot...! Of course Mr. Kogami heard that, and turned around. "Who's there?!" With no other choice, I turned around, and showed myself. "Tachibana...! What are you doing here?" He looked seriously shocked to see me here. I told him, "I was going to eat lunch, when I saw you smoking here." It's the truth, so why am I so nervous? "Oh, really...It's weird I thought I'm the only one who knows about this place." He said and put his cigarrette in his mouth again, smiling at me. "Oh, I found this place by coincidence..." I said. "I see.." Mr. Kogami said. He's suddenly pointing at my lunch box, asking me, "Where you going to eat lunch at this place alone?" I frowned at him as he giggles at me. "You have a problem with that, sensei?" "Well, to tell the truth, yes. I guess I have no choice, but to join you." He says, pulling a bright smile on his face. I looked at him surprised by what he said just now. "Oh you have a lunch box? How nice~. I also would have a lunch box if I had the time." He says while going to a nearby bench. All I could do, was following him, and have lunch with him.
We chatted nicely, while eating lunch. I had my lunch box, and Mr. Kogami ate his rice balls.
"Oi, Tachibana, give me some Takoyaka." "Not a chance." "Hey, that's no way to treat his teacher! And I love Takoyaki, it's not fair for you to be eating it in front of me!"
