Chapter Twelve (Journal)

It's official. There are two classes: rich people, and everyone else. If your yearly salary is below a certain level, you can't go certain places. They opened a new school just for the 'elite'. And it's not like anyone can go there, it's just expensive: there's an income minimum. It's a rule. Meanwhile, the Agents opened their own training center for the rich kids out of high school. Once you're 19, you can go ahead and train for them – if you're rich enough. Not like I'd want to be a part of their elitist force anyway. They're creepy. They're all stuck up in their egos, and they can't see anything wrong with their perfect worlds, when it's perfectly obvious that people are suffering. Something has to be done.

Also, the rich people all look alike. It's like… what's his name all over again. German dictator that went on the killing spree. It's like that all over again: they're all white, rich, and they think they're Christian. They Agents claim they're Christian as well, but I'm not buying it.

Lately, I've noticed a rise in the multiracial community, and the rich white people are hell-bent on 'protecting' their 'superior' race. It's ridiculous. They've started leading protests against other races – black, asian, mexican, whatever. They hate poor people and everyone who isn't like them. If you have a lasting injury or condition, you're 'spoiled' in their eyes. And oh god – to hear them talk of the LGBTQ community is insane. Hate crimes are spreading, and the Agents are doing nothing to stop it. NOTHING. So much progress was made in the past few decades with rights and such, but I guess no one saw the elitist groups growing and stewing malice. Now, they've just struck back. And it's nothing good.
