Babysitting the Boy I Hate

Chapter 20 -Please?

That night Blaide never went to his room like he said he was gonna do. Instead he stayed with me and Kacy downstairs to finish watching Frozen with us and the best part of it all was... I think he was actually enjoying this movie because it seemed like he was really into it. I mean his eyes rarely left the t.v. screen but still there were certain times when I caught him glancing at me.

I cleared my throat quickly to clear some tension and tucked a piece of hair behind my ear.
"Blue, can you do me a big favor get me some popcorn?" He asked hopefully.

I huffed as I got up from my spot and went to the kitchen to find the popcorn box. "butter or regular!" I shouted so he could hear me. "Butter!" He shouted in response back to me.

I quickly grabbed a bag of popcorn from the box and walked back into the living room. "Think fast!" I said as I chucked the un-popped popcorn at him. He caught it at ease and looked at me questionably.

"Are you serious?" He asked questioning the un-popped popcorn which I obviously didn't heat up for him.

"Help a brother out." He whined like a child.

I looked at him from a sideways glance. "Fine." I responded getting up out of the couch but had a last minute thought.
"-But, on second thought... who was it again that said they didn't need any help from me?" I asked smiling at him and sat back down on the very comfy couch.

"Oh-Come on... please." He tried to beg.

"Nope." I responded popping the 'P' and laughed. "You're a big boy now, you can go and get it yourself."

"Ugh." He groaned lazily but nevertheless got up to make himself some popcorn.

After he disappeared into the kitchen and I heard the popcorn popping quickly. I looked down at Kacy who was sitting right next to me and told her "That my friend..." I whispered to her and pointed to the kitchen.
"-Is problem solving." Luckily she heard me easily and giggled quietly to herself.

"Can you make me and Ren some to?" She asked Blaide excitedly, barely staying in her spot on the couch due to squirming so much.

"Sure princess." Blaide said as he looked at his little sister from across the two rooms. I smiled at their sibling relationship, it was honestly adorable.

Sorry for such a late update, I have had a lot of testing for school and everything but just to make it up to you guys I posted both of the chapters 19 and 20 in one day!
