Kyoya was sitting in the music room after hours of the host club. Honey was in there with Mori too and they were all having a conversation about how the work day went. Tamaki wasn't there. He hadn't showed up or given any word to why he wouldn't be there, but Kyoya had a feeling he already knew why.
The day was long and rather boring without that crazy blonde there, but Kyoya was also kind of relieved. He couldn't handle seeing his face just yet. Especially not after that whole thing with his dad. He blamed himself if he had never been there at that time everything would be fine. He could pretend he didn't think of Tamaki that way if it kept him safe. He just didn't want him to get beat over it anymore. Once was enough.
Then he decided what he would do so he left the room and ordered a plane ticket to his family's resort. He knew he would be left alone if he left without saying anything. They would understand he didn't want to be bothered so that is exactly what he did. No goodbyes. He was just gone wondering if he should ever come back.
He knew one thing though. He loved Tamaki and that would never change.
