Cassie managed to talk some sense into Shawn's agent and she left to calm herself down even more. "How'd you get her to calm down?," I asked completely mesmerized. She rolled her eyes at me. "I have my ways," She responded. "It doesn't matter how you did, I'm just glad you did it," Shawn spoke and sat next to Cassie. "It was nice seeing you Shawn but we have to g- we're staying for five more days, Cassie. Do you have school?," I asked cutting her off. She shook her head. "Remember the whole thing with Chase's car?," She asked. Shawn and I both nodded. "Well...a fan saw Shawn's Instagram post and started attacking the school with questions like "why is Shawn there?" "Why do you let criminals onto the property" and shit like that. The next day reporters wanted the "scoop" and now the schools on lock down," She finished. I nodded and turned to face Shawn. "Where are Cassie and and I going to sleep?" ************************************* We made ourselves comfortable in the tour bus and shut our eyes. ************************************* The next day was filled with wardrobe changes, make-up, lighting and mic checks all for Shawn as he got ready for his show tonight in Kansas. Cassie and I were in the tour bus getting ready for the show when Cassie spoke. "I hope he pulls you on stage again," She spoke as she put on her necklace. I rolled my eyes. "Like a boss," I responded and walked outside towards our seats with Cassie following close behind. We waited a couple minutes until Shawn appeared in front of us on the stage. "Hello, Kansas!," Shawn announced into the mic. The crowd went wild.
I flashed Shawn a sympathetic smile which he returned. "How are you all doing tonight!," He spoke. Again.
The crowd screamed their heads off. I tuned out everything, the screaming, until Shawn started to sing. "You posted that on Instagram didn't you?," I asked her. "I just did," She responded as we turned our attention back to Shawn for the rest of the show.
