(Hunter's POV)

Sophie was out of the shower in about 10 minutes, which was actually a record time for her.

She came into the living room wearing ripped jeans and .. one of my v necks? I let a laugh slip through my lips.

"What are you doing wearing that thing?"

She played with the hem of the shirt and shrugged. "I like how it smells."

A blush crept onto her face and she brought her hands up to cover it. I got up and walked towards her, bringing her hands down.

"You are so cute." I mumbled while kissing the top of her head.

Just then my phone started to ring. I took it out of my pocket and answered it.

"Hey Sam how's it going?" I said sitting down on the couch again.

"Real good man! Uhm listen the studio session is cancelled for today because apparently they're having some trouble with the wiring or the speakers? I'm not sure, but yeah Ansel said not to come in." I was kind of sad considering how much I wanted to jam out today but I understood. And that means I get to spend some time with Soph.

"Alright Sam. Talk to you later man." He said goodbye as well and hung up.

"Are you ready to leave now?" She smiled at me and picked her bag off of the couch.

"Yeah c'mon." I opened the door and lead her out of the room. We made our way to the elevator, to the lobby, then out to the parking garage.

I rushed to her side of the rental car to open the door for her. She thanked me and got in. I shut the door behind her and started to freak out. Instead of going to the studio where am I supposed to take her?

I texted Sam as fast as I could asking if he had any suggestions, praying that he'll answer back quickly. I shook my head and made my way to my side. I got into the car and put my seatbelt on. I pulled out of the garage and Sophie began to mess with the radio.

"Where are we going anyways?" I shook my head and laughed. "Oh c'mon Hunter! That's not fair you always do this."

"But you love it." I say back. She sticks her tongue out at me and continues to find a good station. 5 minutes later I feel my phone buzz. We're stuck at a red light so I look around and then unlock my phone.

Take her to LACMA! She'll love it! (it's an art museum btw)

Underneath that was a link so I clicked it and the address popped up in my maps. Turns out I was actually going the right way.

About 20 minutes later I see the museum and pull into a parking garage. I turn the engine off once the car is parked and rush over to open Sophie's door.

She smiles at me and gets out. "You always gonna be this nice." She teases as she fixes her top, or my top.

I roll my eyes at her and wrap my arm around her waist. "As long as you're mine." I whisper in her ear.

We walk to the meter and I pay the $10. Then we walk inside and head over to the ticket counter. I purchase two general admission tickets and we begin to look at the exhibits.

"What do you think about this one? Like what does it symbolize?" I say pointing to a photograph that looked like snow on top of mountains and fog hanging directly above them. It looked really eerie considering that it was taken during the night.

"Hmm. Night in Day. I'm not sure but it looks pretty cool. Imagine spending the night there?" She said walking to the next one.

It would be kinda cool to spend the night there but we would most likely freeze to death which would suck.

I carry on walking with her and we enter a room full of a really bright pink light. Or maybe it's purple I can't really tell.

"Breathing Light by James Turrell. So what do you think this symbolizes Mr.Bigshot." She says nudging me with her elbow.

I look around the room to take in the view. "You wanna know what I think?" I ask her. She gives me a nod and furrows her eyebrows.

"Without light the universe would be empty. People would be empty. We wouldn't be able to see each other. To comfort each other. To touch one another. We would be alone. We would be cold and dark. Gone." I clear my throat and focus my attention back on Sophie. Her mouth is a bit open and her eyes are searching my face.

"What?" I ask her.

"What do you mean 'what'? That was a really interesting way of perceiving this whole thing. I loved it." She said grabbing my hand. I intertwined my fingers with hers and continued on to the next room.

There were paintings all done by Van Gogh. We walked to the middle of the room and sat on a bench. "You know, you're the prettiest thing in here." I said nudging her shoulder. Suddenly my eyes went wide.

"Well I mean person not thing. I-I don't want you to feel that I look at you as some kind of item, which I don't. You know I completely respect you and -"

Then her lips were on mine. It was a sweet and simple peck and when she pulled back she started to laugh. "Sorry I just had to shut you up." I cocked my eyebrow and smirked.

"Maybe I should ramble on more often then huh?" I said winking at her.
