--Emily's POV.--
First day of Secondary school.
I actually can't wait!!
Six weeks off really bores you when all of your friends are on holidays abroad.
The only thing I knew about this school, was that I was in Miss Carson's tutor with Louise and Madison.
They were my best friends from Primary and I was hoping to be in all of their classes.
The school bus came to a halt at the bus bays and we all started to fight our way off the vehicle.
"I'm quite nervous." Louise said.
"I'm shaking, I'm that scared." Madison added.
"You'll get used to it." Charlotte replied.
Oh yeah, did I mention that during the 6 weeks we argued a lot over Facebook?
Well if not, you know now
I practically hate her.
"All the year sevens this way!!" I heard someone shout.
"This way, guys." I said, gesturing for the others to follow me.
"See you later, Lottie." Louise said.
"Bye guys. See you at break time." She replied.
We made our way over to the teachers stood outside a set of black, metal, double doors.
"In you go ladies!" A woman with white hair said.
We joined a few others, who we knew from our primary, awaiting further instructions.
-----
Once everyone arrived, the white haired lady spoke.
"Hello, year 7. Welcome to your first year at Secondary school. I'm aware you should know your tutor groups, but I may as well go over the list just to make sure." She said.
"Who the hell is she?" I whispered to Louise.
"That's Miss Paulson, our head of year." She replied.
"When they said we were getting a woman as our year manager, I wasn't expecting her to be that ugly. I mean, white hair?
Who does that?" I said, causing her to giggle.
Miss Paulson read out names from the list, making sure we all went to our tutor as our name was called.
Miss Carson, my tutor, took us up to our tutor room where we would get our timetables.
Wow, this school had terrible lessons.
1st- Science
2nd- Science
Double science. What the heck?
3rd- History
4th- English
5th-Maths.
Ouch. Bad day for me...
--Louise's POV.--
"What lessons have you got?" I asked Emily.
"Crap ones."
"Same here. I'm in science first and second." I informed her.
"Me too. Who's your teacher?" She replied. "The initials I have are DNL."
"FGE." I replied.
"Looks like we're not in the same class for science." She said.
"True. I'm still walking down to the science department with you though." I told her.
"Good. I don't have a clue where to go. This place is gigantic." Emily replied.
"Let's go." I said, right as the bell rang.
--Emily's POV.--
Science had to be the most boring lesson ever.
Electricity.... Wow. I'm so amazed by the fact that it turns on all the lights in the house; note the sarcasm.
"Hey!" I greeted Louise, as she came from her class.
"Hey. How was science?" She replied.
"Boring. Electricity sucks!" I sighed.
"Oh look, there's Lottie." Louise said.
She was walking out of the classroom next to a few girls and a guy who had dark hair and bright blue eyes you could see miles away.
"Hey hey hey!" She greeted us.
"Hi." We both replied, I not so enthusiastically.
"Let's go upstairs." Lottie said.
Then. Turning back to her friends, she said, "See you guys next lesson."
-----
By the start of lesson three, I found myself pretty much hyper. I had Loads of fun with Louise and Lottie. Even though we don't really like each other much, we got on pretty well for the 15 minutes break.
"Hello year 7. Today in history we will be learning about the Romans." Our teacher said.
"Your seating plan is on the board." I was sat next to some guy named Daniel Smanker. He wasn't good looking at all... No offence to him. He had ginger hair, reddish skin and eyebrows which were pretty much invisible.
"Hi." I said.
"Hi." He replied in a grumpy voice.
Do I seriously need to sit next to this guy all lesson?
The end of the day came pretty quickly. I was just about to get on the double decker bus when someone stopped me.
--Louise's POV.--
"Emily, wait. What are you doing?
That isn't our bus. We have to get on bus one." I said.
She jumped off and followed me over to 'our bus'.
Lottie was already waiting there for us, like I asked her to.
"Sit here." I said, ushering Emily into a seat in front of two lads. One had dark hair and bright blue eyes, the other had blonde/fair hair, also with blue eyes, though his weren't as bright.
"Oh hey, Kyle." Lottie said.
"Hey Charlotte." He replied.
"I didn't know you got on this bus." Lottie said.
"Yup. I do." Kyle replied.
I glanced at Emily, who was looking at the fair haired boy. Something told me she liked him.
"So you're Kyle, what's your name?" She asked him.
"Brandon, Brandon Tyler." He replied.
"Brandon.. Right." She mumbled.
Hmmmm.... I know what's going through her head right now.... Cheekaayyyy!
