Josh was fidgeting nervously. His breath was caught in between his lungs and the atmosphere, and his stomach felt like a washing machine. He didn't think he had ever been this nervous.
Josh and Tyler were on a trip to Maui for their four-year anniversary. Tyler was looking out at the beach, taking it all in.
"Tyler?" Josh asked.
"Yes Josh?" Tyler was still staring out at the water.
"I don't want to be your boyfriend anymore."
Tyler felt his stomach drop. Why did he have to do this? And on their anniversary?! Tyler turned around to yell at Josh when he saw that Josh was down on one knee, with a small velvet box in his hand.
"I want to be your husband."
