Nadine's POV:
"What is your decision?" Head Captain Yamamoto questioned. I looked away as my head stayed on Byakuya's chest.I got up and walked towards the door and heard whispers. "Where are you going?" Jushiro asked me.
I couldn't make eye contact as I stopped where I was. "I have to think about it." I informed before leaving the room. I quickly opened the Senkaimon and went through, only to be met with Gin and Father at the end. I looked up at them with tears welling in my eyes. Father originally looked kinda mad until he saw the look on my face. I looked down, letting my hair hide my eyes. "They say I have to choose between you and the Soul Society. Can't I choose both?" I whispered. Gin seemed heart broken while Father looked down guiltily. I heard him sigh before pulling me into an embrace that I returned.
"Perhaps if the Soul Society would understand that I'm doing this to protect everyone, but i don't see that happening." Father replied. I looked to the side to see Gin's eyes open slightly, a look of sorrow prominent in his cerulean blue orbs. That's when it clicked...no one ever took the time to understand why Father wanted to do this. Maybe if I could convince them that he wanted to protect everyone, I'd finally be able to pick both sides. The prophecy itself stated I would bring either salvation or destruction, but never explained how I would achieve either of those feats.
Breaking from the embrace with that thought, I grabbed their hands and pulled them towards home. I had no time to see what their expressions betrayed them by showing, but that didn't matter right now. A Garganta opened up to show Szayel keeping up with my fast pace.
"I'm here to help, where are we going?" He questioned as he pushed his glasses up. I smiled as thoughts of my plan came to my head once more, solidifying what I wanted to accomplish.
"We're headed to my house, I'll explain the plan there. If you could grab Nelliel and her friends, Grimmjow, and Nnoitra that would be great." I requested. Szayel disappeared in a heartbeat to do what I asked. Everyone in the Soul Society has yet to meet said Espadas and former Espada number three, giving me a slight advantage.
The three of us arrived mere minutes later and entered the house as I let go of their hands. I grabbed as many papers as I could before dashing up the stairs to the printing room. This room is rather spacious with a work desk and swivel chair on the east side, a 3D printer to the west, and a normal printer on the north side. I sat down at the desk with the papers and began to scribble words and a drawing of my Father onto it. Father and Gin peered over my shoulder to see what exactly I was doing when I turned around to show my work. The poster consisted of my Father sitting on a throne in the middle with the words "Sosuke Aizen for Soul King" on the top and "he will protect you from harm" on the bottom. To be honest, I can't believe I just made a propaganda poster, heh.
"Well, there's a surprise. What's the occasion?" I heard Grimmjow say from the south side next to the door. Nnoitra and Szayel were smirking as Nelliel and her friends just grinned. Father and Gin looked at me expectantly.
"This poster will be copied onto forty-nine more papers and posted throughout the Soul Society. I want them to know that Father is trying to protect them." I explained as my 3D printer made a few noises before stopping what it was doing. I went over to it to see my project was done and held it out for all to see.
"What's the key for?" Gin questioned. I chuckled at their confusion.
"This key was shown to me in a dream and was called the King's Key. I was told to feed only a fraction of my spiritual pressure into it in order for it to work." I replied. The dream had came to me the night before I remembered everyone in the Soul Society. I heard a male's voice saying my Father was supposed to be his successor because he had the power to save everyone from a great threat with me by his side later on. I have yet to figure out what that means, but I'm sure I'll find out within the near future.
I picked up the freshly copied papers and looked over all of them, nodding my head in approval after looking at all of them. I handed fifteen papers to the group of Espadas and fifteen to Nelliel's group, leaving twenty papers with my group as I opened the Senkaimon. All of us lowered our spiritual pressure to make us undetectable and spread out. My group took the north and east while the Espada and Nelliel took the west and south. With the three groups, the fifty posters were put up in only a few minutes. We all met up again where I opened the Senkaimon for them to go through and made my way to the Kuchiki mansion.
I took a deep breath before knocking a few times. The doors opened to reveal one of the maids. She bowed to me, which I returned.
"Welcome, miss Urahara, right this way please." She spoke softly before leading me in. I suppose my true heritage was kept a tight secret among the captains. We arrived at two rather large oak wood doors where she knocked and allowed me in. Byakuya looked up and smiled softly at me as he stood up. He enveloped me in an embrace and kissed the top of my head.
"You came back so soon. What's your decision?" He questioned. I sighed.
"I'll tell everyone when they're together. For now, I just want to be with you." I said, smiling at him. He nodded and led me to a cherry blossom tree.
