Study Sessions

It was Sunday night, around 8:45 pm. You smiled as you closed your notebook, ready for the exam that you have tomorrow. As you sat on your chair, praising yourself for completing your study session earlier than usual, your phone buzzed. Your phone rattled on your desk with the screen flashing yellow. Ah... This had to be Kise, your boyfriend. You picked up your phone. And pressed 'answer'.

"(Name)cchi!!" The blond yelled through your phone. "I'm too nervous to study! I need your help!!"

You smiled, he was like a small puppy. You agreed to help him through video call and within seconds, Kise was already requesting for one.

"Hi there!" He winked. You couldn't believe that this young man could still look good while stressing out. He was wearing fancy pajamas and had his fringe tied back. Then there was you, in pajamas you've been wearing for two days straight and hair you haven't brushed since Friday afternoon. Kise smiled at the sight of you and blew a kiss.

You spent the whole night chatting and helping Kise with his studies. It was already 10:58 pm. You frowned, remembering that you had planned to sleep early. You looked at Kise; deep in thought, looking down on his paper, writing meticulously. You sighed, admiring his determination.

"Ah! Sorry! You must be sleepy! I-I think I got it now!" He smiled brightly, "Thank you so much, (Name)cchi!! I'll give you something tomorrow I promise!"

"You're so, very welcome, Ryou-kun!" You waved good bye to him. "Good night and good luck!"

"Oh wait wait wait!" He raised his voiced then hushed back down, "If I get a mark over than 70, we'll go on a date!"

"And if you get lower?"

"I'll make lunch for you." Kise whispered shyly. You immediately curled up into a ball from all his cuteness. What did you do to deserve such an amazing and adorable boyfriend?

The next day, Kise skipped towards you happily. He gave you his thank you gift which was a bracelet with a sun on it.

"Because you're always so bright!" He winked at you. Kise then gave you a piece of paper. The exam result. You looked at the top, right corner of the page and saw the number 70 in red, in a circle.

"That means I get to make you lunch and go on a date with you!" His eyes sparkled. "Let's go on a picnic! Just the two of us!"

"Congratulations, Kise!!" You cheered loudly, hugging your boyfriend. "And that's a great idea! A picnic!"

"This is the highest mark I've ever gotten in my life." He stared at his exam paper auspiciously. "Thank you so much, (Name)cchi!! What did I do to deserve an awesome girlfriend like you?"
