Chapter 10: it was for your own good

Damon's POV:
We got back from Italy and Skyler just woke up. Rebekah was talking about Mat being a good boyfriend for her, but I zoned out and drank my bourbon. Then I heard the voice I love. "I think blue eyes is a perfect boyfriend for her and is hot for her, but isn't my type" Skyler says winking at Kol and putting her arm around Rebekah. I stand up and walk out to my car. "Everything ready for today" I ask Jeremy and Stefan on his phone "yes I have the stake and Elena said Skyler invited her and Stefan to go with them" Jeremy says and I nod. I drove us to Elena's house and got everything in order.

Stefan's POV:
I don't want to do this because this will ruin Skyler but Kol is bad for her. Elena said sorry for being mean to Skyler and so we are back together. I listened for a car and sure enough I heard a car and laughing then a knock. "Come in" Elena said from in the kitchen. Jeremy came from behind the couch and staked Kol. His body got all veiny. "I love you" Kol said before his body was covered in veins the became on fire. Skyler said I love you back and stepped away and fell to the floor crying. After a minute or two she stop crying and stood up. "Why?!?! Why did you do this to him?!?!" She said grabbing Jeremy by the neck. "He didn't do anything wrong. He wanted to restart because he loved me, but you killed him so now I'm going to kill you" Skyler said as her eyes start to turn red. "Please don't. He is my brother I'm sorry this happened but please don't kill him" Elena said pleading. Skyler let's go. "Please explain to me why you would kill him?" Skyler yells once more. "He was bad for you" I finally say. Skyler rolls her eyes. "And yet you stay with Elena even though she loves Damon" what is Skyler talking about. "What are you talking about" I say getting mad "Elena loves Damon. I hear you guys saying she is sired to him and none of you know why. Kol told me the only reason Elena would be sired to Damon is if she had feelings for Damon before she turned the sire bond only makes those feelings stronger." Skyler said I looked at Damon then Elena and ran out. Skyler smiled. "His heart is broken because you didn't tell him the truth, and my heart is broken because you killed Kol. So it's a win win" Skyler said smiling and vamp ran out of the house.

Katherine's POV
I didn't agree of this plan. Skyler already left so I couldn't protect her from it. I turned on some music and drank some of Damon's bourbon. Then I heard a door open and slam closed. "Hey Stefan" I say vamp speeded to him " hi " he said softly. "What's wrong" I asked and he told me everything about how Elena is sired to Damon. I put my hand on Stefan's cheek. "She doesn't deserve someone who is as loyal as you" I say looking into his green eyes. He pulled me for a kiss. I pull away but he pushes back on me. He carries me to his room. I look at him and he looks at me. He smiles and kisses my neck taking off my jacket. I take his shirt off as he takes my shirt off. Couple seconds we were making amazing memories. I missed him so much.
