Skyler's POV It has been four months since I found out I was pregnant. I think me being pregnant is like a human because my stomach is like small and since I'm half human it makes sense. Anyways it is Damon and I's first year anniversary of being married. I hope he didn't forget. I found out what the baby was going to be because I compelled a doctor for a scan, the scan told be I was 5 months in April and had them reveal the gender to me. It was going to be Damon's anniversary gift. *** It was the morning of our one year wedding day. I was so happy and memories were coming back. I took a shower and got dressed.

The dress showed my stomach. My stomach wasn't that big but it was visible unlike Caroline's who was like 9 months pregnant and was about to pop. I put my hair in a messy bun and went to see were Damon was. He was no where to be seen. I frown. "Ugh where are you?" I asked. "Where is who love?" Klaus asked as I turned around. I crossed my arms blocking my stomach. "No one" I said. It was quiet for a little. "Are you pregnant?" He asked vamp speeding to me. I moved my hands for him to see my stomach. I nod. He smiles. "You look cute" Rebekah says coming into the door. She smiles. "My best friend is having a baby. Do you know what it is?" She asked. "Yes but I can't tell you, come to the dinner party tonight you'll find out then" I say. They nod. With Damon nowhere to be found. *** Damon's POV I have decided. Decided what? I was going to surprise Skyler with a ticket to go to Forks and tell her parents about her being pregnant. I'm excited. I packed our bags and put them in the backseat of my car. I then went inside and saw Klaus and Rebekah next to Skyler touching her stomach. "Hey guys. You here for the dinner party?" I asked. They nod. "But we have to leave. We shall be back before the party though. So bye love, bye Damon. " Klaus said as Rebekah vamp sped outside with him following. Skyler stand up and then fall back onto the couch. She groans. " Ow" I hear her whisper in pain. "What's wrong?" I asked. She motions me to come to her. I sit next to her with her hand on top of mine. "Oh my god. The baby just kicked." I smile at her. I kiss her deeply. She pulled away and smiled. *** It is time for the dinner party then after the party I'm taking Skyler to her mom and dad's house. I set up everything. I started the grill and put the hamburgers and hotdogs next to the grill. I moved the benches and added a buffet table full of chips and dip. I hung fairy lights since it was outside and going to be at night. I added two fans in both sides of the yard and hung them in the tree for Skyler and Caroline and them being pregnant and hot all the time. Everything was set and Skyler got ready. Everyone was here. They set down their presents and sat at the tables. Their were tables of four. One table had Caroline, Stefan, Alaric, and Matt. The other table had Tyler, Bonnie, and Enzo. Another table had Klaus, Haylie, Hope, Elijah, Rebekah, and Marcel. The tables were put together to make one table. Skyler's spot was between Klaus and Rebekah and my spot was between Stefan and Enzo. I was in front of Skyler. I went to wake up Skyler. She was already awake and wore a short sundress that was white with little sunflowers all over it with a lace material over the bottom of the dress and a little in the top. Her hair was in a messy bun and she wore no make up which I liked because she was beautiful without it. She smiled at me. " what?" she asked smiling. "Nothing. I'm just looking at my beautiful wife. Happy one year anniversary my love." I say holding her by her waist. Her eyes change and she was happy. "You remembered" she said happy. Wow.... of course I remember. "Of course I remember I married the love of my life and my mate but also my partner in life" I say looking into her beautiful green eyes. She looks away. Then she looks at me. "Ugh I hate it when you get all romantic and cheesy on me. It makes me cry when you say things like this. Ugh let's go and enjoy the dinner party" she says grabbing my hand. I smiled at her and we began walking downstairs. I couldn't help but notice the baby. The baby was growing ever so slowly but that is only because it is part human so it probably will grow at a normal human pregnancy time. Skyler was greeted by everyone and was excited. I cooked the hamburgers while Skyler sang a song next to me. *slow beat * Waiting for the time to pass you bye. Hope the wind will change, will change your mind. I can give you a thousand reason why. And I know you and you need to. Make on your own we don't have to grow up we can stay forever young. Living in my sofa drinking rum and soda under neath the rising sun. I told her I didn't mind. I just went in to cooking the food. Skyler sang a little more like a little here and there. I made everyone's plate and we sat down and ate. Skyler had the most good besides Caroline. Caroline had two burgers two hotdogs and one scoop of beans with some cheese fries. Skyler had two burgers and some cheese fries with some salad in another plate. Everyone was leaving one by one. Like Haylie and hope with Marcel and Alaric with Tyler and Matt. The only people left were Caroline, Stefan, Klaus, Rebekah, Elijah, Enzo, and Bonnie. We started opening gifts. We got some cloths for the baby like nothing with color but wording like I got it form my mommy or all aboard the baby train. Skyler got some jewelry. I got Skyler a necklace that says " your are my other half to my whole and I love you with all of my whole " I know cheesy but she loved it. I got some shoes and shirts. "Ok Damon this is for you from me" Skyler says handing me an envelope. I smile. I open it up and my eyes pop out of my head. The note read: Parents of baby :

I read it over and over again. I looked at Skyler. I stood up and grabbed her hugging her and spinning around. "The baby" she says laughing. "What does the note say" everyone asks. "The baby, the baby's is a boy. My baby boy" I say rubbing her stomach. "Aww baby boy. I like it" Caroline says. I smile at Skyler. *** Skyler's POV Everyone left to go back home and Damon couldn't get over the fact I'm having a baby boy. I smile at how he is so happy.
